@@Kay-ki7qs hi, 3 male are in Amakhala game reserve, at the moment in a boma because 1 of the 3 boys got 1 leg broken.
About the other 5 I have no information, hope they are doing well.
To think those two gorgeous boys were once tiny Cubs. Bless them Kevin..I don't suppose you could imagine your life without Lions🦁. Thank You for explaining the workings of the Cat care and release (if appropiate) . And once again for Sharing these Precious video's..they are indeed Therapeutic.💯

George and Yame hold a special place in my heart, as I've been subscribed to this channel since they were brought to the sanctuary. I've watched and seen them grow through the years, into the happy, lovable lions that they are. It is such a blessing that George and Yame met you Kevin, these two deserve to spend their lives filled with love, happiness and excitement.
In the heart of Africa, where the wild lions roam,
Kevin Richardson found his second home,
With a passion so fierce, and a spirit so bold,
He embraced the lions, young and old.
With a bond so deep, forged through trust and care,
He showed the world that love is always there,

I lost my female canine on Christmas 2023 to old age, and I miss her so much. Started watching CZcams again, and, of course, your channel. Just watching you and your lions, started to calm me down, and realise life must go on, but, i will never get over her. Thank you for the 1 video that helped me the most, the one of you walking with lions and only the sounds of nature. It is very therapeutic, and I am grateful you made a video like that. Hugs and kisses to your fur babies, and many thanks for starting the healing process for an old girl like me.

George and Yame remind me so much of Mufausa from Lion King, just because they are so majestic, they do get in tangles like all brothers do, but at the end of the day, their proud walk to the truck to go home is obvious of how much they are loved ❤❤

If I see you walking there in the beautiful bush with these two wonderful lions I must say that I am somewhat jealous. Off course it’s not possible for me to do such a thing, but hey one can dream ! You have mu uttermost respect for all you do for all the creatures you and your team rescues. Thanks for making this world less cruel.

In a world seemingly full of trouble, these videos are tremendously uplifting and show what can be done if we care.
The enrichment walks are never, ever boring! Always exciting to see familiar faces and watch them do their thing. Watching these walks lowers my blood pressure, calms my mind and gives me a feeling of peace. Makes me smile!!!
I see the various lions on their walks, some get into precarious situations, Kevin says "oh I wouldn't do that", and my anxiety starts to climb. Then I remind myself... these are lions!!! And I calm down.
I am so happy to see them again. They are beautiful and easy going lions! I have guessed that this will be them this week.George talks a lot and he loves the poo poo rolling! Thank you for this relaxing video. You are such a great entertainer and funny too.❤️❤️❤️🦁🦁👏

I love watching all the lions on walks.....they all have such different personalities. I also am just enchanted with all their vocalizing.... so much talking😂...... These videos are wonderful and yes...they are THERAPY for our souls. ❤

@@tela2171 Lions pee on the ground then wipe their feet in it. It is used to help scent mark their territory as they walk.

It always makes me laugh a little when Kevin tells the lions to 'watch their butts' I have the exact same conversation with my cat when I need to close the door behind him, but instead it's 'watch your tail'
I love these two - always want to put my arms round them, - feel their energy all the better. There is something about the energy of lions that is so fabulous.

They are beautiful creatures ❤ love cats both domestic and wild. I have a tabby and a Tuxedo rescue cat. They are about 20 lbs. Apiece and full of love and very intelligent. They love etching the lions with me.

Lion Whisperer, Kevin, lol, as you were saying about the wonderful nature, birds, animal sounds, I thought, they like the poop! Sure enough, that's what they found and loved! As for an 'exciting walk', all the info you give, such as plans, reasons, sometimes history of each, THAT is a huge part of the joy . Plus, of course, the way they 'show you up', lol! "They treat me special, because of my bond!" and boom, they bring you down, 'down here, Dad, we demand pets'!! LMAO, so very cat!
