You can apply this Routine in the Morning or in the Afternoon Exercise Time, or even during break time.

Gelatina! From the supermarket! It is not sintetic, 2 to 3 weeks every morning, one small package, one spoon in 1/2 glasse with water. Then break for one week. And egain. You will be very happy!

... I just found this channel today. What a great lower back exercise!.. I'm going to do this everyday...
We usually forget the close connection between body mind & spirit. These exercises unite them. When I feel low even one movement lifts my mood as well as benefiting my body. You can do them at any age - I'm 83 & sit on a chair when my legs get tired. Thankyou & many blessings.
