    I am 79 and have been following youfor a year now. Despite having osteoarthritus I am able to do all the moves .This is such a beneficial practice, Thank you so much.

      Gelatina! From the supermarket! It is not sintetic, 2 to 3 weeks every morning, one small package, one spoon in 1/2 glasse with water. Then break for one week. And egain. You will be very happy!

    We usually forget the close connection between body mind & spirit. These exercises unite them. When I feel low even one movement lifts my mood as well as benefiting my body. You can do them at any age - I'm 83 & sit on a chair when my legs get tired. Thankyou & many blessings.

    Thank you so much for your time and effort.
    ive been doing your routines everyday for the past 2 weeks and i dont see myself taking a day off anytime soon.
    Im 30 and honestly and was really out of shape, now im getting to be more flexable then i ever was, even as a kid. amazing.
    i really feel it transforming me, both body and mind/
    body goes, mind follows

    I have two compressed discs at bottom of spine. This is gentle enough for me to practice. Back and shoulders are alive!

    Heck yeah. Looks easy. Also relaxing. I will start this exercise in the morning. I'm 64 and have 3 different type's of arthritis.this is not strenuous and looks relaxing. Thank you. This is my 1st video of you.
