Francis Daban is the nephew of the former Senator Ganzon. Gen. Luna st. is his playground! He's very fond of exhibiting his motorcycle riding skills there. He broke his jaw doing stunts in the 60s. His motorcycle then was a Norton. I think he's a mestizo (Lebanese from what I've heard) cause he has dark blonde hair.
