Even if they didn't raise moola (as in money) they all made a difference. Compare this movie to the movies "The Gay Deceivers" and "Victim" both made in the 1960s. WOW! The depiction of gay people is horrific. Both are now available on CZcams. See the documentary "The Celluloid Closet". A 1993 documentary of LGBTQ people in movie history from the first movies made to 1993. Stunning but it should be updated. LGBTQ people have come a long way since the 1960s. But we still have a long way to go. They should make a movie about latino people in low income areas who are happy together. Something like that.
