Yes, you. You're probably scrolling through the comments, like I am, reading all these motivational comments. If you are reading this at night, you should get some sleep, and don't stress about everything going on in the world, or what you are going through. Don't dwell on things from the past, don't stress on your future. Just live your life, because you only get one. Do whatever makes you happy, not what other people want from you. For me, I'm going to wake up tomorrow morning, get hit the gym, and cherish life for the amazing blessing that it is. I hope you do the same and have an amazing day as well!

Life is not easy, happiness is a choice, and there’s freedom in responsibility.
Happiness is not a choice. Happiness is an experience, it comes and goes. It's an emotion not a state, it come and it goes. But pretending we're supposed to always be happy will inevitably drive us to be unfulfilled. Because it's not realistic.
Happiness is not always a choice. I am very sick and no one can help me. i have chronic pain and nothing takes it away. i am angry, very angry. i am trying, however rather die then live in this way. i know i am not the only one, there are many.. Just wanted to make a good point. I am a Christian and pray for years and always help other's like the poor .
Matthew McConaughey is my fav celebrity as I love his movie interstellar and this video is really amazing thanks for everyone who made this.

The best motivational video I've ever seen on CZcams so far, but the problem is with me, I don't really know if I can change my mindset just after seeing this video, maybe I'm not a victim, maybe we are all victims of our destiny and the consequence is DEATH, the final of the road for each person, maybe important is the road, not the final result, I heard this many times actually.
Your mindset doesn't change overnight. What he's saying, and what I've learned, is it takes time. Then one day 2 years from now, or 10 years from now, you realize your life is different from what it was. And you realize all the things you did leading up to that point brought you there. Then you put your head back down, and keep going. When you start seeing life as a series of milestones to reach, vs a singular destination, it gets easier.
My point of view is that its not about the mindset, but accomplishment. Small and big ones.

There is a man at the mine I work at. His face was red he was at his locker he had a nervous smile, all the time he looks happy. But this day was different I could tell he was hurting I asked how you doin you ok? He says oh I'm passed off, it's not a good day.. I said I know All about bad days, people offering you hugs? He said YA they did that to me I said ya they did that to me too. I didn't take the hug because I don't want a hug I want to get the frig out of here, he completely agreed I said you going home now? He said ya, I said OK you go and relax feel better he said have a good night he said you too. He left feeling understood and I hope he felt better when he walked in the door of his home. Sometimes we just need someone to level with us....

He make a lot of sense and his words ring true, but it's a lot harder to accept when coming from someone who HAS achieved all those things he says are ultimately meaningless: wealth, fame, recognition, ability to do whatever and go wherever he wants, etc. Where's the video from someone who has NOT achieved these things but is still happy and fulfilled?
His words are only meaningless if you make them meaningless. Whether he is successful or not should not be of your concern, because success is not a set definition. It’s different for everyone. His life may be successful to you, but maybe not the next person. Ultimately success is you achieving your set goals after being consistent and working hard as hell to reach them.

Listening to motivational speeches with the desire to get rich = Epic Fail
If it is such a powerful and impactful speech, there is no need for random footage to be played in between and a background sound track to elevate it even more. The speech has enough gravity already, no need to do extra. You all motivational channels always mess it up.
