Interesting your using a brand of flour i have been trying to learn more about 1847... How does this flour compare to everything else out in the market? I normally use Anita's Organic from BC.

It's great but you could also use Anita's.
If you have used both do you notice any difference? I'm in the GTA as well looking for a good quality organic flour that's affordable.
