  • Filmed in October 2021, in Palmanova mini-guide, I’ll explain why this resort in Mallorca (Majorca) is one of the most popular, particularly with British tourists. And why you should consider booking your next summer holiday there.
    In this Mallorca vlog, I’ll take you for a tour of the three beaches, show you what the resort offers in terms of activities and excursions and where some of the most popular hotels are based.
    This is just a mini-guide to give you an idea of what a holiday looks like in Palmanova and how family friendly and accessible it is.
    You will soon be able to read more about Palmanova on my website mallorcaunderthesun.com and I’ll be popping back to the resort very soon to see what it’s like in another up and coming video.
    So make sure you subscribe to my channel to make sure you don’t miss it.

    Palma Nova looks like it could be a good contender for a possible October half term holiday for me 😄
    It looks so nice and also so close to Palma which would be perfect!
    I need to get booking soon to give myself some warmth to look forward to 😆
    Most of my shifts are mainly in the cold room (slightly warmer than fridge temperature) so it’s good to look forward to warmth and sunshine as I work ☀️
    Just in from a very chilly night out after working in the cold room all day and it is so nice to see these beautiful beach and sun scenes ☀️ Fab video Alex! Thank you!

We are in our mid 30s so don't like to be amongst the rowdy crowds for the full holiday.This is our first time in palmanova and really looking forward to it. You really can't go wrong for a nice the beach and sea in mallorca. We went to alcudia couple years ago and loved the sea and beaches there. Only downside we found was on the nighttime bars closed up by midnight.

      It’s just a different experience! . In peak season PN can get very busy. And the beaches aren’t as big as Álcudia. The water is darker because the sand isn’t as white! But PN- although is big is more compact and easier to get around. It’s a fab resort - they both are ! Hard choice !

    Alex booked for two holidays in Palma Nova one in May and one in September both at the Santa lucia where we go almost every year. Due to the restrictions the last time was in 2019 and I am looking for a little help and information concerning where to get the locator forms filled in and printed off. I do not know if the hotel provide a service where they fill in the forms for you and also print them off, hopefully they do but failing this are their places in Palma Nova or Magaluf that provide this service, Benidorm and Tenerife have bars and shops that do, either free as long as you have a drink or around 4 euros in a shop for each form. I have sent this on you tube as we are not on facebook. We are not able to get online on our own when abroad as we do not have smartphones and you are also restricted to an hour a day for availability on the internet at the hotel if you have got one. Hoping you may be able to give me an answer to this problem to make life easier, we will also be asking TUI for advice on this but I will not hold my breath.

    • @MallorcaUnderTheSun
      @MallorcaUnderTheSun  Před 2 lety

      Hi Brian - I'm keeping my fingers crossed they will ditch the Passenger locator forms and the Spanish health form by the time you come out. My advice is re. the Spanish health form is that if you can't get anyone to help this side, to pop into the travel agent if you booked with them, or ask a friend for some help. And get it printed. Re. Mallorca side the rep or the hotel should be able to help with the passenger locator form. Don't worry too much. I'm sure so many people are coming out without smart phones. And as I said, I'm hoping they will drop these pieces of paper now. They serve no purpose.
