I’ve never used a Dyson dryer before. My instructor taught us early on to hold a traditional dryer by the barrel thus eliminating the need for shoulder and wrist strain. I suppose it’s different strokes for different folks. However, your review of this product is very thorough! Maybe the company will listen and modify for salon use. Love your videos! 💇🏻♀️
Thanks! I've seen people hold it by the nozzle instead of handle in traditional blow dryers. I always felt like my nozzles got to hot for my hand though.
Got the original model around 2016.. definitely worth it cos I use it almost everyday.. Like it so much I bring it along when I travel overseas even though hotels provide hair dryers

I picked one up and I LOVE it! Time will tell if it’s a good investment … I’m just sick of blowing out less expensive dryer which add up well over $400 plus the products I no longer have to buy to repair my hair is … I feel this investment Could save me money over time
You can turn off all the heat by lowering heat until the red light goes off and then it should stay cold mode, so you don’t have to keep holding the cold shot mode.
I tend to lean towards the remington price wise and performance wise as I find the results more satisfying and personally my hair will never cope with the Dyson despite my hair is soft but it needs a high performance dryer I think the Dyson will perform better with a naturally silky hair. I saw many bloggers using the Dyson as dryers or straighteners I quite didn't like the outcome so not worth my bank 😁😁😁😁😁
Remington is definitely much cheaper, glad it works for you!
Mine totally died at 25 months after using it twice a week for 25 months. NO warranty and they do not fix them. Warranty up at 24 months

Had it for 4 month, got rid of it after, and doesn't work well with thick texture Hair, but I nor with hight humidity pleases, I like flrodia. 😁 😁 😁

Please suggest me I have wavy hair and now I am in Europe but I had got a smoothening in 2019 but since my smoothening went it's a mess I only have frizzy hair would you suggest a regular hair spa or some chemical treatment again like permanent straightening or smoothening here in Europe because in western these treatments are much more advance
Brazilian Blowouts are my favorite for smoothing. You keep your wave but the frizz is gone!
When you showed how to clean the filter it is really not practical very annoying o think hairdressers in salons would keep using the normal usual dryers
Cleaning this filter isn't really difficult, you soak if versus regular ones but in salon use any filter needs to be cleaned weekly.
