Just as an FYI you don't have to walk to each different telescope. Clicking the cardinal directions while in the telescope will swap the UI to the different prophecies.

Do you know what he means when he says “slam” the exalted piece of gear? I know it’s related to crafting, I’m just not adept at the forge and could use advice.
I believe you slam exalted gear into a piece of Unique gear with “Legendary potential.”
@@hoopoop239 by slam he means combining exalted affixes into uniques with legendary potential, you unlock the chance to do so by beating one of the dungeons
@@hoopoop239 by progressing and killing mob you can drop a key to dungeon called temporal sanctum where you can fight its boss and then after you beat it, there will be UI for you to place unique that have "Legendary Potential" and sacrifice another piece of item to add the mod of sacrificed item onto the unique. Exalted item is item that has T6+ mod so because of the drop chance of unique with Legendary potential is so low, you wanna min max it by "slamming" or combining it with item that has high tier mod - exalted item
Also worth mentioning that the "Fulfilled 0/X times" gives extra uses of that prophecy, letting you repeat it a few times
So you have to put a new lens in everytime unless it says 0/x?

The lens are used to narrow down the kind of prophecies that show up and are not consumed when slotted

This was a much better explanation than any other video i came across on CZcams. I just got to the monoliths and this helped a bunch. Subbing
Keep in mind prophecy CAN NOT roll boss specific unique drops. So if you are looking for say “Reign of Winter” Bow which only drops from Herot in the Age of Winter then a prophecy will never drop that. I wasted so much on bow prophecy trying to get it before realizing this.
While I like the “less non monolith” lens. I also like the “more x item type”as I get what I want more often when rerolling. However in the early game the “less non monolith” is better just because most of the arena/dungeon rewards require you to run T3 or higher which most people cant do early.

don't get ahead of of yourself, you need to leave monos to get here and pick your prophecies up. That requires loading and it is guarded by uber LE-61 boss

Something else to note: there are lesser lenses with effects like "Increased Bow prophecies by 100%" etc. That's probably a good 3rd lens when you unlock it.

Excellent video, however, I would recommend against disabling the confirmation window; it'll prevent you from accidentally spending your favour on a prophecy you don't want due to a mis-click. 😉

I just did that using this and killed T2 arena boss. I had already that prophecy taken with 4 unique bows as reward. One of them was Talons of Valor bow with 2 LP. Converted to legendary with +7% crit chance and 20% bow attack speed with health to kill. Decent enough for level 87.
I have like 10 more unique bows waiting as reward from monolith. Makes a lot easier.
Great advise :) Going to block those pesky arenas and dungeons shards.

Hey Raxx thanks for the video. I don't know if you read comments but if you do I want you to know and anyone who reads this that you can put 3 lenses in each telescope. I know the 3rd lens Slot unlocks on rank 9. however if you right click the lens in your inventory, it moves to the locked slot. I think its a bug obviously but hey ill take it while its there. Would appreciate a shoutout :D

The CoF has the potential to be a very good, even better in some ways, Atlas Passive Tree. This is exactly what I was saying to a friend the other day... I cannot wait to see the system continue development. They're going to be able to add so many things to it for us to customize our experiences and that is exactly what a CoF player is wanting more than anything I think.

Figured this out quickly, so thanks for the confirmation. Sadly leaving the Monolith servers always crashes my game...
I light be wrong, but it is my understanding that the greater prophecies affect all telescopes. So you should only need one of the blocking ones in a telescope. Then you put it the ones that increase a specific rarity in another telescope you aren't using. Lastly you fill the third one you don't want with the rate increasing lenses once you have those unlocked. You put the targeting regional lenses in the one telescope you want to target a specific item in.
I’d thought the same thing, but that’s not the case. Greater Lenses don’t affect all telescopes, instead they are able to be placed in any telescope. The Lesser lenses are telescope specific (for example, you can put something like improved chance for bows in the weapon telescope, which wouldn’t make any sense in the other telescopes).
Dang, would have worked great the other way. I had read it was that way in a media sites article but I guess they are wrong. I hadn't tested that way yet.

wait so the prophecies arent a 1 time event? You buy a prophecy and each time you meet the conditions it gives the reward?
It depends. Some of them work only ones, sone could work 2-3 times. It is written on a prophecy.
By stacking them he means that it is possible to get 10 prophecies that have a condition to finish dungeon A - finishing Dungeon A then gives all rewards. You don't have to do one at a time, just buy a bunch of good ones and play around completing a few, then at some point look what is missing. And yes, some prophecies can be used multiple times (and there are lenses for this)
Lenses don't just block what you don't want they can increase what you do want as well.

I have a prophecy that says unique armor when i killed 3 exiled mages, but they dont always drop it will say prophecy fulfilled but no uniques
I started with Merchant and I'm having a blast with it! Having an economy is so nice. I'm not sure I can go back.
Can you get boss drop rewards from this? Like boss only uniques? Or just world ones?

It doesn't look like it. Boss drop uniques are exclusive from bosses. This probably works like ascendancy runes. Don't quote me tho
When you complete a prophecy (and get the reward) does it then disappear from your list of prophecies? or can you repeat it as many times as you want

Damn I thought I was doing good being lvl 31. The loading screens set me back quite a bit thus far. Game is dope though.
I feel like most of LE's end-game is pretty straightforward, but there's a LOT of stacking systems that all matter, and it's hard to keep all of them straight in my mind (Blessings, prophecies, echos, legendary crafting, etc.). None of that is complicated on its own, but when you stack them all together it's a pretty overwhelming amount of stuff to keep track of.
That's a good thing, though. It's not PoE. I don't feel like I need a PhD to understand the game.

What I don't get, is that the first thing I chose was "Boss Kill x2 Set Boots." I go to view my prophecies and it is "x2 Set Chests". I am so confused.

I’m looking to maybe pickup LE but never really played on pc with keyboard and mouse. Played a lot on consoles. Is it a game that would be easy to play or is it a game more for intermediate and veteran pc player.?
The game is not difficult if that's what you are asking. It's very relaxed and even if you do die, you do not lose anything (other than starting at the last fast travel and respawning enemies)

Do you really need to buy 4 of each lenz ??? seems that you can use 1 scope to look at all 4 of the prophecies star constellations. Can you not just buy 3 lenz you need and use 1 scope on all star constellations? Or do all the lenz stack no matter what scope you use? Or do you need 1 lenz for each constellations ? Hopefully that makes sense lol. Im assuming they dont stack from different scopes cus that might be too op and you only need them in the scope you use but better to ask i guess lol

CoF can drop boss specific uniques? For example, can i get Orobyss drops from the prophecies? Same for the Argentus Wings?
Nope, only drops are random world drops.

Basically you use prophecies to narrow the field of potential drops. So you can customize it to drop a specific item type and rarity exponentially increasing the chance to get the item you want

@@junk3996 after thinking about it for a while i think which one you do first is dependant on how your build scales.
If you need a rare unique or a rare affix or some particular idols, starting trade is better until your build can get going, otherwise CoF is probably better

What does Slamming mean, and require Exalted? Does he mean you use an ascended rune on an exalted item to make it a unique?
its when you use a unique and purple together to get some of the affixes to appear on the other item but you need the unique to have legendary potential , they can drop with that on it , between 1 - 4 , so 1 - 4 affixes on the item saved onto the other when smooshed together , or slammed as they say :P
can you please make a detailed video exactly what you do with Prophecy
It's quite simple:
- Kill monsters for Favor.
- Set up lenses (in the video he shows how to set up for Monolith Farming).
- Get a Stack of Prophecies.
- Kill monsters (in his case in monos) to refill Favor and get Prophecy Loot.
when or how gets my telescope thingy start to look like yours? i only can put one lense per direction in, and i dont have those animals inside of it^^
