It also depends a lot on where you are living in Bangalore. People who come to Bangalore for jobs mostly live in newer areas. The older areas are better in road connectivity and accessibility to shopping.

Bangalore is not a good city to live in, except people are in compulsion for tech jobs , worst traffic , electricity issue , water supply issue, Roads are in worst situation...was in mumbai before this roads are far better than this....specially Navi mumbai was very nice and clean ..

It's high time to ask why people are flocking from West Bengal to Bengaluru? Is something missing in WB? Why cant people from other parts dream to settle in Kolkata or any other part of WB? If we don't ask these questions now it will be too late. Dont take these questions as offense, it's just my thought.
Let me try to answer your questions: your government and chief minister keep calling everyone from West Benga "Bohiragata - bohiragata".. some poor bihari labors go to work in Kolkata and they are referred to as Bohirahata gunda.. Some were trying to bring a mandate that people in WB will have to know Bengali.. There is constant abuse of Bhagwan Ram who non-Bengali Hindus worship with full devotion.. In Bangalore, Bengalis get full liberty to worship Durga Maa.. Karnataka doesn't do this kind of insult to non-Kannadigas.. they are welcoming .. heard any Karnataka CM calling the 10 lakh Bengalis working in Bangalore "Bahiragata"? As it is there is an employment crunch in the state and even the people in WB are going to other states for a living.. and then there is this insulting and condescending attitude of politicians and some superiority complex infested liberals in South KOlkata.. With such hostile condition, why will pple from other parts of India come to WB unless they have a major MAJBOORI?

Kolkatans will settle in Bangalore. Tamilians prefer Chennai which has almost no traffic. Yes London is equal to Bangalore in terms of traffic not in terms of infrastructure and roads

I am from Kolkata and stayed in Bengalore for 3 years and stayed in Mumbai for 3 years. I like Mumbai very much whether it is street food or spending time on weekend near Marine drive or Bhindi Bazaar as there are many places whereas in Bengalore we have only malls to visit

Pollution level - Lesser than Delhi-NCR Almost same as other Indian cities.
Traffic- I hv spoken about this in other videos so you may watch them and give me some Traffic. (You see what I did there 😏)
Housing market - plenty of new apartments and villa societies coming up.
Can you afford to buy a house? - Not good manners to ask questions about anyone's financial conditions. Also, it seems you have already assumed that I cannot. Irrespective of whether I can or cannot it's not good manners to make condescending statements assuming financial conditions of someone is unstable when you dnt know the first thing about them. Let this be your learning from this video, because you can use some training in good manners.
Now coming back to your question, as I said enough and more real estate projects are coming up on and around the city. Neither are they being distributed for free nor are they being sold to aliens. Pretty sure people are buying them.

Kannada is not any easy Language like English ..it's very hard to learn...you have learnt it from school childhood level speaking daily and grown up ..but how you think other people can speak it .. because it's not easy ..the words pronunciation will take 10 -15 years of daily practice with kanandda family then a person will be able to speak it ..imagine how hard it will be for you to learn maratha ,punjabi ,nepali ,or bengali ..just like that ... India is a diverse country and cities are rich because people from all over India come together to stay in cities .. ..but you can't force someone to speak a language if they can't speak or know the language ...
