Hi!! Great video. Question: so you don't know which hall or track until you look at the blue screens? My ticket to Aix provence only says Ouigo, coach # and seat. I get confused between TVG and Ouigo. Thank you!!!

One question: where do you buy the RER tickets at Gare de Lyon? I’ll be arriving on a TGV from Provence and need to get to CDG on Monday. Are there RER kiosks on level 3?

So about the platform numbers, does it stay the same or changes? For example I have to board the train to Basel sbb, which platform I go to and which hall I have to wait in?
Just look up at the TVs and they will tell you where to go and wait. But the trains from Basel usually come into the same hall and track. Good Luck! Thank you for watching!
