How to use Kodak KB-10 35mm Film Camera

The Kodak KB-100 was made by Kodak's Mexican plant. It was a simple point-and-shoot camera. It had a 2-element aspherical 30mm f/8.0 fix-focus lens, an optical viewfinder and a built-in flash . It has a flash that could not be switched off [note: the camera can function without batteries, which disables the flash]

I have the exact same model of this camera that i found that from my grandparent's cupboard. My grandpa told that it's still working but you would have to fix it. Thank you bro for bringing back the memories.

I don't hear the screeching sound when batteries are plugged in. Does that mean its broken?
I overwound mine. I thought I had one more picture and wound it again and it got stuck. I tried to click the button and now the button won't pop back up and the slider on the front to open the lens is jammed too. Any idea how to fix this? Great video btw 🙌🏼

take out battery to turn flash off. Camera can work perfectly fine without battery.

Is there a variant that uses 100 no roll instead of 200 . Because i found my dad's old comera and inside was a no 100 roll . I don't have any knowledge about the camera rolls , so I dont know if what those numbers mean and if you can use different numbered rolls for the same camera . Please help me out on this one . My dad passed away a few months ago , and I don't know anyone with knowledge about these things .

mine still won’t rewind back to S no matter what. it’s stuck at 15 which explains why my last roll half the shots were great. that advance wheel seems crapped out

Nice video! Is there a way to take double exposure in this camera? If yes how?
kb10 doesn't have a special feature to double exposure but you can be experimental. I did double exposure on kb10. how: when my shots are completed I rolled the film and used it again. not good as the cameras that allow double exposure but it wasn't bad tho. you can try it.
If you want to double exposure for example exp 15, you have to advance to exp 16, then you have to reroll until exp 14, now you only have to advance and you we’ll be on exp 15 again

Go inside a dark room. Turn on ur smartphone flash, then point the camera at your phone. Look into the shutter and press the button. If u couldn’t see the smartphone flash, then ur camera is not working.

Better to buy a manual film camera first if you are a newbie. Manual one tends to have less problems.

I love to cover the flash with my hand when i dont need the flash. You can also turn the battery upside down so it wouldn't charge
