The common cause of that is a leak causing the refrigerant to drop, for it to be fixed 100℅ the leak must discovered and repaired. On my experience Hisense fridge freezer systems trouble with condensers and fridge evaporators. If you can hear the compressor running then it run out of gas, but then it should be checked for a leak before regasing. If its not running you have to replace the compressor, but before that the problem that blown the original compressor must be recovered. A thermostat, relay and overload protector can also cause that.
Its excessive voltage/refrigerant leak which makes it overheat( it is more likely that before this your fridge will stop making cold on top then later your freezer) /System blockage.
Product quality is very poor sir and service is also bad. Within 1.5 years the product stopped working. I strongly don't recommend this company's products.

Hi, i got the hisense rb320d4 , the issue i am having is the fridge temp is not going below 8C but the freezer is fine, as you know this model got condenser coils on the side panels, what should be my course of action, should i take off the panel, if yes do you have a video how to do it or should i try changing the relay or capacitor, appreciate your help, Thanks
If it is the frost fridge. You need to test the condenser and the evaporator separately for a leak. If the evaporator leaks replace it with a cold plate(only the one on the fridge), and if it is the condensor replace it with the one you can mount at the back of the fridge.
Thanks for the reply, yes the fridge is getting frost build up , do you have any videos how to reach evaporator coil and condenser coil ,is the panel needs to be taken off from the back as can't see any access to these from inside the fridge, Thanks
Thanks for the video, the fridge works fine in the winters like just getting auto defrost yesterday which is very very rare in summer and in summer there is a huge built of frost, is that indicate the problem with a particular part...Thanks @@appliancetech001

It's the compressor, but before replacing it you must check for leaks. Sometimes refrigerant leaks out, when a fridge stays on for long without refrigerant that damages the compressor. If there is no leak you should just replace the compressor
I am really sorry about that, should you be based in Newcastle KZN whatsapp me through my link. I think your fridge is leaking, your technician was suppose to check for leak and repair it before replacing the compressor. You might just need a condensor/ cold plate to sort it out.
My brother I have a fridge here Hisense it was leaking gas and the compressor was damaged also so I've changed the compressor and closed the leak but now it got freezing only 1 day but compressor is still running it's just that it's no longer freezing if I fill gas again it stays between -1 and 0 so I'm stuck there now😢
I think the is another leak maybe internal one which release it when you charge it above 1. If I were you, I would pressure test the condenser alone and so as the evaporator. One must be leaking and has to be replaced

I have got the same fridge freezer bought new, it's 4yrs old now, just light in the fridge but not cooling or freezing.

I think its a compressor, usually that clicking sound comes through an overload protector. You need a tech to check it.

I have similar problem compressor clicks on and off but the relay is okay what could be the problem. Same hisense refrigerator

Mine is a 180 ref dr hisense fridge, just light inside the fridge but it is not cooling... But when i plug it in, it makes noise.
If those noise are from the back its a compressor but you need a tech to asses it or just whatsapp me so I can help with trouble shooting procedure
