Had my hisense fridge for 6 months with a 2 year warranty, Problem it is stuck in demo mode and nothing resets it, took about dealing with the robot on phone ,after awhile I finally got a person and she made a work order for repair but then she said it will be 24 hours before a tech will call me, Now The food is all spoiled and no call yet. I wish I would have done more research on their Warranty support.

The freezer side shows the temperature and the freezer works fine. The "Fridge" side just shows "--" and does not cool. H E L P!!
I fixed it just a minute later. I held both freezer and fridge buttons on a long press and viola.
Different fridge with the one on the video but this video gave me the idea.

Product quality is very poor sir and service is also bad. Within 1.5 years the product stopped working. I strongly don't recommend this company's products.
