Swahili furniture is million times better than IKEA and it's built to last. I wish I could get some furniture items in that style but unfortunately impossible in the U.K.

I think that's Egyptian Kunafah which is made with cream try the one with cheese made by Syrians/Palestinians/Lebanese/Jordanians (they make the cream one too but cheese is more popular).
No, the opposite, kunafa is originally egyptian and during the ottoman empire these countries were connected so you'll find many egyptian cuisines with some additional things in these countries

You have to cook at an apartment to not get food poisoning and not drink the tap water or brush your teeth with the water
