Took me 18 years to understand what my first glimpse was eventhough I read lots about nonduality and awakening in the following spiritual search. I just didn't dare to believe that would happen to me or could even be real. I find realizing it is actually really real changed a lot.
In the most safe way in order to verify our state of awakening is to experience better physical health , better immunity , better relationships , getting closer to peace of mind , well being and for scientific measurement the HRV device can show you more aliveness within your Heart Rate Variability
I was watching a Greg Braden video yesterday and he was speaking of travelling through space at light speed , vast distances and something sort of clicked but then I lost it. I just pictured this journey and it was like no matter the speed or distance I traveled i havnt gone anywhere. I am still right here right now and the whole universe is contained within my awareness. Not sure if I’m making sense but I did get I glimpse of something if only for a few seconds.🙏
