I have an Old English Sheepdog myself and I love her so much!! I know my girl would love that lifestyle, occasionally I bring her to a farm close to me where I buy eggs and raw milk. Your girls are so sweet and I love watching them!!
Thanks for sharing!! I'm sure any dog would love this lifestyle but you bring a good point...that these dogs are very easily adaptable to any situation. as long as they get some exercise. There are times when I leave the dogs at home for several hours then when I get back we all go the farm and they do just fine, they're actually excited cause they are so smart and know we're going to the farm. I cannot say enough good things about this breed
@@HiddenSpringFarmThey are a great breed. My girl is going to be 14 this summer and she has the energy of a puppy! I feed her good quality meat every day with raw eggs and every other day I cook her some rice. I add cooked veg in with it and I'm convinced that that's keeping her hips good and body young. I don't do kibble any longer. I used to give an organic kibble, but it made my OES itch. My last dog just passed away (she was a border collie) and she lived to be 19 eating this way.

My Dog Stella.....is warning me .. when my sugar is douwn or to hi .....she is not trainiered to this... she maked it from alone😍😍 .....she is warning me ..often...in the ladt 5 jears... she is save my life ...every single day...by her self😍😍😍😍❤️i am so thank full ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️

Rabbits, love, cardboard boxes, they jump on them sleep on them tear apart, make little doorway, holes and hide inside of them. It keep them busy. Give them something to chew, but also provides extra warmth and shelter and bedding.

Years and years ago, my friend’s parents raised St Bernard’s on their acreage. I had only ever seen them in movies at that point and they were a wonder. I haven’t seen any recently either. Your OES remind me so very much of them running through the fields with all their might and joy 🙋♀️ The snow still looks beautiful; stay warm guys

@@HiddenSpringFarm I wanted to also share if you don't mind I have a 6 month old male Old English sheepdog in his name is Rambo and yes he's constantly protecting checking everything out first is it safe do you need help Mom he's making sure he gives me bath he's constantly looking all doing his daily job I really appreciate your kind words to and I would love to see more videos that's agen
@@constancehaiden7315 that's amazing. Rambo as most OES have instincts to want to work. At 6 months is Rambo nipping at your heels or have you stopped it. They are a herding breed after all and need some behaviours to be corrected. I'm sure he is a great addition to your family.
@@HiddenSpringFarm yes Rambo is still nipping at my heels and he feels that he's got to fix everything.. and we had rescued him when he was only three months old so he's been with us ever since 24/7 he even slept with us in bed the very first day that we rescued him he had to check out the whole bedroom the bed the pillow underneath the bed he had to make sure everything was safe when he barked we knew it was safe and he waved his tail and he laid down and fell fast asleep. And yes you're so right there like a big cotton ball they're so fluffy and beautiful I wished I could share a photo with you to show you what my boy looks like I love it that we have the same in the same love in the same nature in the same desire for these breeds their they're constantly carrying in observing and watching I love him so much and it's a good choice to be in our family.

Why are Olive and Molly’s hair types different? Are they groomed differently or are they just different variations of OES?
it’s just different genetics I guess. Olives hair is much finer, Mollys is coarser and dense. Molly is closer to what a true born OES hair is like, Olive’s pedigree might be a bit diluted. Very good question though. It might go cool to get a dna test done on them.
What age will Olive come same color as Molly?
I don’t think they’ll ever have the same shade of grey. Their colours are pretty much set although they may fade as they age.
