Which parent takes their child to investigate a murderer? Seriously, no one would believe this
And plus they won't allow a child to workplace first
this show is intentionally stupid. the twists and turns and even the story is kinda parody to "a girl on a ...." type of movies. so you shouldn't be talking seriously. like there's "bring your children to work" kinda thing but never to prisons lol. thats what makes the whole thing funny. its ridiculous.
Mine
the show is pure comedy
The movie is satire. It's meant to be making fun of ridiculous crime dramas. I just made a comment about this. It's hard to get the tone of a movie across in a recap. The actual series is pretty funny though and if you go into it realizing it's satire it's enjoyable .
Why would you take your child to talk to a serial killer?
The movie is intentionally absurd and idiotic
I know right. I wouldn’t even show a picture of my child to the serial killer. Like wtf.
@@InsertSomethingStupid2002 not really I believe a case like this happened before tho I can't remember correctly but what ik is that stupid ppl do these things without thinking
To get motivated maybe 🤔
@Safwaan It's a comedy subgenre called absurd humor, a type of subgenre used in most parodies. You're supposed to find the scenes unrealistic and unbelievable. That's the point.
The girl murdered because she is…
1) Jealous of her unborn sibling
2) Angry for not getting chocolate
3) Annoyed by a puppet pretending to talk
And yet she is not the craziest person in this show. Award goes to the man that leave his daughter alone in a room with a cannibal that ate 30 people…
Even I won’t go in that room. 😂😂
Dont forget having to listen to the puppet act which was so funny even mystery recapped laughed just reading that.
He wasn’t chained and security was outside 😅😅
you clearly dont understand what crazy people are actually like
You cannot exclude someone just because he has a job which makes you uncomfortable. You need to be more inclusive to serial killers and not be so phobic. I am just happy the movie shows the right way, to teach kids inclusivity, so they will not be phobic as adults.
Yes what kind of prison not to mention the warden would allow a little girl to be sitting in the same room with a serial killer.
What kind of parents would take their little girl so she can listen to a serial killer?
@@bait5257 One who wants to get rid of that poor little mite..............
Exactly
@@bait5257 exactly exactly the writers got no brain.
@@perseusvlasov367 no they purposely did that the mini series is like a parody. I noticed after watching it almost feels like a wacky skit.
Ah yes. If you suspect someone of being a serial killer you should absolutely follow them into a dark alley and then confront them alone with no plan and no weapons. Brilliant.
Lmaoooo movie was ridiculous. A man could do that to another man or even a trained woman or big/strong women... but a mentally fragile small blonde from the suburbs would NOT do that nor would she be capable of getting herself out of it if he was the killer lol.
Lol this made me so furious, especially because my grandmother is one of these kind of people, whenever she thinks there's someone in the middle of the night outside, she goes to investigate without so much as a spoon to protect herself
This movie is a parody of movies like this… the entire things is meant to feel dumb because it’s playing off all the dumb tropes of these movies. It has literally every cliche
Women ☕️
This is a Satire to Netflix movie, Amy Adam's, The Woman in the Window.. Psychological Thriller... Good ass movie!!
I like how the farther coping well while he is the reason his child died. He is the real psychopath in the movie. You bring your child to a serial killer and a cannibal. Forget your child in a place like that and let him kill your child and also witnessed it. Yet he has no any trauma from a situation like that.
Yup total pos
He's a psychiatrist, he has all the coping cheat codes

@@thesugareater8607 🤣🤣😂😅
The show is supposed to be satirical making fun of the original movie “The Woman in the Window.” That’s why everything about it is so absurd.
i'm surprised i have to scroll so far down to see a comment like yours lmao people here really didn't know it's not that serious lol
THANK YOU FOR REASSURING ME ABOUT THIS! I was literally so furious and confused at how a show like that existed!
I took it as she is making these stories up. rmbr when she said 'what else are you supposed to do staring out the window 12 hours a day'
The woman in the window was a brilliant movie with a brilliant actress Amy adams.
@@QuinoaChia While watching this recap, my first thought was, "They are copying everything from The Woman in the Window. And they're doing a horrible job."
This woman can’t fight a kid 💀
@Safwaan
If pigs did their jobs we wouldn't have a war on drugs, and 90% of politicians would be in jail.
If they also bothered to do their fictitious jobs we wouldn't have this movie.
@Safwaan the real question is how she moved the body before the police arrived
All of them.. They all couldn't woop her🤔
How can a small kid over power an adult in a fight 😂
@Pranith I am if it's gonna try to kill me
@Pranith i know ppl would hesitate to attack a kid but wouldend your body go in fight or flight mode when attacked even if its a kid
@Pranith yeah I'd probably kick it
The same movie logic that allows most women to beat men twice her weight with one punch/kick.
Little kids are surprisingly strong and also really good a clinging onto you and not letting go.
Guys this is a satirical show. It's meant to parody typical thriller tropes. That's why the name's obnoxiously long, "The Woman in the House Across the Street from the Girl in the Window." I personally think it toes the line pretty well. There are moments that are clearly humorous and satirical, but there are also some pretty tense moments and a somewhat compelling story
No so he well done he is a bad worker now look at the kid
I don't know whats more unbelievable, the fact that he takes her daughter to see a serial killer or that she is an alcoholic and still has a perfect clean house and keeps her perfect hain intact.
People can clean and live somewhat normal life but still can't cope with the tragedy to the fullest. She tries to live normal life but trauma hits at sudden moments
Why would government officials even allow a kid into jail when the only place your allowed in it is the room where you talk to your family😭
Don't ask questions, it'll confuse the plot writter.
It's a comedy subgenre called absurd humor, a type of subgenre used in most parodies. You're supposed to find the scenes unrealistic and unbelievable. That's the point.
Because they're government.
It's kind of a dumb big detail in a movie. But, true.
May be he even take work on home?
I mean, lol, what possibly can go wrong, when you take serial killer to your home?
I read people was hating on this show because of how stupid it was. I think those people didn't realize that this was actually a satire. I thought it was brilliant and hilarious. Great recap!
Yeah unfortunately satire doesn't shine through very well in recaps a lot of the time. I'm with you and thought this show was a hilarious absurdist take on a murder mystery.
I think it's more about how frustrating it is to watch someone be gaslit over and over again. It's a good series but not if you're impatient 😅
@@athena6832…. It’s a parody though. If you’re getting frustrated maybe you’re not getting it. It’s a comedy. She makes frustrating decisions and gets gas lit because literally every movie like this has dumb things like this.
What's the show name?
@@oppolover7734 the film is "The Woman in the Window". This recap of "The Woman in the House Across the Street from the Girl in the Window" is a parody of that film.
Loves the part where she reports missing a passenger, but been told the passenger was never onboard
How're you struggling against a little kid?
And she thought she could fight against the grown men? 🤣
In her defence, that kid bested the giant mailbox fixer man. How she did it is beyond me😂
Absolutely realistic story He takes his child with him for an interview with a serial killer. LOL.And of course what else would you do when you suspect someone tto be a serial killer than confronting him in a dark alley. Great recap as always. Big thank you........your funny comments are the best. "He specializes in fixing broken mail boxes. There is no way that is a real job."
No one would ever suspect an innnocent child to be a cold blooded murderer
A little 9 year old kid beating her behind and knocking her out. This movie was funny and wild.
@Pranith nah, i show no mercy regardless of age
I saw mystery recapped on my notification, i clicked it, and i lived a happy life.

"There's no way that's a real job" 😂that's exactly whatI thought
You think someone is a murderer, so you follow them into a dark alley and confront them alone?!?! 😆😆 This is great parody!
"Anna who has a habit of overthinking, starts imagining the entire incident"
Man some people really shouldn’t take their kids to work
For real. I think it’s pretty common sense that there’s exceptions for bring your child to work day! Also would doctor patient confidentiality be considered in this case too? Legally no one else should be there.
Anne is me when I am in financial debt, and hopefully, I find out the bank that loaned me my debt never existed at all, like the passenger.
I was listening to an audio book two weeks ago on CZcams. But it's 12 hours long. So I didn't finish it all in one sitting. Nevermind, I thought. Just put it on the playlist. CZcams will remember where I stopped. I also downloaded it, so that I can listen while I'm in the car, with using up my phone data. I didn't get back to it until yesterday, but I forgot to turn on the data just before starting playback, and CZcams being offline, just simply restarted from the beginning. I lost my place. So I had to jump back and forth searching for where I stopped. But trying to remember the story, all the scenes came up in my memory, visually. It felt like I had watched a movie. But of course had no pictures. This one only showed the book cover art.
@@danielch6662 is that a copypasta
In the next movie, the real murderer is the neighbor's 4 month old kitten
Please bring back the, "Watch Out and Take Care"

Do you know how many push ups that girl does daily?
"Theres no way thats real job"man's got a point 😂
How do you take your kid to prison and leave her with a killer? I don't think this has ever happened outside of Hollywood. People aren't that stupid outside Hollywood.
This movie is a satire apparently.
This movie has more plot twists than the number of sponsors of Mystery Recapped.
This is actually a series on Netflix. Its ridiculously written. One and definitely tries to keep throwing you off.
The dude is the worst parent of the year. Takes his child to prison and then forgets about her. People are asking how could he be so callous. But then you see the real life news of parents leaving their children in the car and forgetting about them. Some people don't deserve to be parents.
Her shirt was literally drenched in water confirming that she had been in the rain as she claimed

Kinda knew it was Emma. She was at all the places people died.
The mother:Anna was there.

The house where the step mom died: Anna was there.

This move is actually amazing the ending though!
Im not gonna lie i been watching you for so long i love your youtube channel keep posting more.
Hi there everybody 👋. What is the name of the movie? And thank you for the excellently told recap 😉
How and why would any sane parent bring their child and put them at risk? If you're an investigator or has a work related to such, you'd protect your loved ones as much as possible and keep their identity confidential.
It is a parody movie
I dont understand why people in the comments are taking this movie seriously asking why did she do this and that. Its a parody of a movie its more like dark comedy
People are stupid.
I love how those who didn't get it have the audacity to call the writers' dumb, when they just showed that they failed to comprehend it as absurd humor subgenre under comedy
I've watched this. It is an absolutely amazing series.
Seattle is such an underrated place I want to move there in future.
This movie is crazy on so many levels.

I heard this voice in multiple CZcams channels 💀

You unlock this door with the key of imagination. Beyond it is another dimension - a dimension of sound, a dimension of sight, a dimension of mind. You're moving into a land of both shadow and substance, of things and ideas. You've just crossed over into the Mystery Recapped Zone.
Will there be a second season?
I never excepted the little girl to be the murderer
I am learning consistency with this channel.
This movie was really funny and suspenseful. I hope the continue with what happened to the lady on the plane.
Show name of the video in your videos
How do you leave a child in a room with a sociopathic( KEY WORD SOCIOPATHIC) murderer in a room, all while AGAIN LOCKING THE DAMN DOOR, the murder was bound to happen.
Strangling looks suspiciously like a neck wound to me. Also, I don't think a prison would let his kid in.
Exactly! That just doesnt make sense. Why would you leave your child inside a room with a killer.
One of the best psychology thriller movie thanks buddy
And my parents say that i have temper issues
The first stupid part of this movie is that adult prison employees can never let a minor into a prison complex. I should know, I was a prison guard at a adult prison 3 years ago. This never happens.
