I’ve worked in a retail job in the past and I know from personal experience how important it is at times to give good customer service and people seem to forget that retail workers are humans too, they aren’t there to be a customers servant and don’t deserve to be treated as such. Treat retail workers with respect even if their customer service is poor because they’re probably having a bad day or a hard time and don’t need to be disrespected by a customer when they’re just trying to do their job
