    WarioWare Get It Together just came out a few days ago on Nintendo Switch and after a 3 year hiatus, Wario and his crew are back! This time though, Wario's crew happen to be playable characters in over 200+ microgames and I decided to rank every single one from WORST to BEST... F Tier (9-Volt) to S Tier (5-Volt)

    Update:
    After some thinking, I've come to the realization that some of my placements may be a bit TOO high... S-Tier in particular.
    I'm not going to make an updated tier list because that would be dumb, but I will be making another WarioWare Get It Together video very soon!
    Also, thank you so much for the support. This is the first video I've done in a while that isn't LittleBigPlanet related and I expected it to bomb. I'm very happy that I got to talk about WarioWare and have people enjoy it because it's seriously like a top 5 game series for me!

      Perdonally, I find Penny's difficulty fine to put her B tier, but as you said, master her and she's top-tier, and I think she even BEATS OUT Orbulon and Ashley. If she wasn't so tough to learn and use well, she would easily be S-tier, or at least on Ashley's level, simply because there's NO microgame that she can't easily clear. I'm serious, name one and I'll tell you how I would beat it with Penny.

      @@BlazingVictini22 The reason 5-Volt can’t be truly S-tier is that the boss stage where she is mandatory to use (Remix 2.0) is a horrible match up as she will guarantee that many of the grapes will spill. But I agree that Penny is high tier due to the water from Jet Tank One being a faster alternative to some of the Micro games.

      @sillygostly Před 2 lety +8

      That’s always been the case though (the “Don’t Move” egg game from an older instalment springs to mind), and that’s why the game doesn’t reward you with Wario coins for beating games via the Playpedia (while you will receive 20 coins per microgame for playing story mode stages).
      I’ve deliberately sabotaged some of my Playpedia runs because I could have theoretically played them until stage 999, but I was mainly in it for the coins and mission medals (and they also serve as solid practice for the Expert/Master missions as well as the remix/all-in-one stages).

    Good list, but I definitely disagree with 5-Volt being "Broken". I've seen a lot of people say she's the best after Nintendo Unity's video, but that video was very biased.
    Is it true 5-Volt can easily clear most microgames? Yes, without a doubt. However, those microgames are usually already quite easy. Yes, she can teleport out of the jar, but pretty much any character with a projectile won't struggle with that microgame anyways. Yeah, she can teleport past Bowser, but characters like Penny can just hover and extinguish his flames, and kill him with the projectiles. 18-Volt can too, as his projectiles makes Bowser's flames disappear.
    The issue with 5-Volt in my eyes is while she completely breezes some microgames, those microgames are ones you would already usually be breezing through with mostly any other character. And when she is not suited for a microgame, it is incredibly challenging. Most notably, family reunion (the one where you have to reunite the ducks to their mother), Yoshi's Story, and Kitty Business (Covering up cat poop) are really difficult with her.

    • @BlazingVictini22
      @BlazingVictini22  Před 2 lety +44

      I think over time I started to lean towards 5-Volt being a bit lower on the list, but at the time I wrote this script / recorded this video (about 4 days ago now) I was dead set on 5-Volt being OP. I hadn't yet experienced many of her more difficult microgames until maybe last night. I actually found myself choosing other characters over 5-Volt so yeah, maybe she isn't exactly the best, especially since Ashely is there as a great all arounder. Orbulon may even be more OP.

    • @Wooper_enthusiast

    • @dracos0024
      @dracos0024 Před 2 lety +23

      I don't see how Nintendo Unity's video was "biased". It just showcases the minigames that 5-Volt just frickin' breaks, and there's a lot of them. Yes, some of them are easily clearable with other characters as well, but then there are some like the light switch one, the rock tunnel one and the moving screen that you can't convince me can be done easier done by anyone else. She pretty much cheeses any "go here" microgame, and there is no other character who can cheese microgames like that. Are there microgames she's not great at? Sure. But that doesn't take away that she's OP overall.

    -I think Joe deserved it for being a character that almost appears in every game of the franchise, also I enjoy his modest personality
    -The interactions between 9-Volt and Fronk are pretty cute, Fronk acts like a parental figure and I love it
    -Doris 1 can be a pretty cool adittion to the group of female characters since almost every female character in the game have a human design, meanwhile in the male group we can found a robot, a demon, a dog, a cat, etc. I think Doris 1 can bring more variety.
    -Other cool options can be Jimmy's family or 13-Amp

    I know this seems very unlikely, but I'd like to see WarioWare characters in a Mario Party or Kart game. Considering this is still technically part of the Mario universe, it wouldn't seem too out-of-place; if Diddy Kong and Funky Kong can make appearances, I don't see why Ashley or Mona couldn't (I just used those two as examples seeing they're probably the most iconic, even if you never played a WarioWare game, or even if you just played Super Smash Bros., you probably have a general idea who these two characters are; plus, I feel it's just easier to get people used to new characters is to make them cute girls). Hell, Waluigi, Wario's partner in crime and now part of the main cast of Mario characters in multiplayer games, was just made-up for a Mario tennis game to be a partner for Wario. If WarioWare GiT, does DLC or update characters, I'd have 4 choices. In order from most-likely to least-likely: 13-Amp, the Fronks (as in a tower of Fronks; like 4 Fronks, they can jump and move but the tower could knock over and each Fronk gains their own control-physics like the Cherry from Mario 3D World), Captain Syrup, and Waluigi (I'm just picturing Waluigi in like the gaudiest of casual clothing; like purple and yellow hawaiian shirt, socks and sandals, jorts, etc.).

    One thing about Red you didn’t touch on that isn’t an issue with other characters is that you can only have 1 bomb on screen at a time. You have to wait for it to explode to drop another. That means to get a better fire rate you have to get uncomfortably close sometimes.
    On a separate note, I would personally put Wario, Dribble, and Mike above Jimmy and Crygor because their unhindered flying make them great all-rounders, even if their attacks aren’t useful for the specific microgame. I also personally find Mike and Dribble’s ability to strafe while shooting is often just as if not more useful than Ashley’s ability to shoot in any direction.
    My personal favorite team is Mike, Ashley, Orbulon, Dribble, Wario, and 5-Volt in that order. Sometimes I’ll use Jimmy or 18-volt.

  • @L1N3R1D3R
    @L1N3R1D3R Před 2 lety +100

    I just want the stick to do anything for 9-Volt besides turning around on hooks. One idea that I had that wouldn't break his character design is to make the stick do yo-yo tricks that move the yo-yo around horizontally, and you would pull it back with another button press like Mona.
    As for my few objections to the list:
    I don't think 5 Volt is quite at the top. Sure, she cheeses many microgames, but for those she can't cheese, the fact that her only movement creates a hitbox can be detrimental in some microgames, and her demon doesn't move too fast. I would much rather have Ashley for her consistency, but they're both S Tier IMO.
    I agree with Penny at the top of B, but I'll add that she has by far the worst "movement = hitbox" problem. She fires several projectiles that fly across the screen whenever she moves even slightly, which can really mess up certain microgames.
    Dr. Crygor is weird. The fact that he slow falls if you're not moving makes the more controlled version of Jimmy T feel less controlled. Plus, his swim attack is REALLY weak, often not enough to do basic functions in microgames. I'd move him down to C or D.
    On the contrary, I think Young Cricket and Master Mantis should be at the bottom of A Tier. Despite the limitations of gravity and not having a projectile, they are FAST, which makes them really good in most microgames.
    I also think Mona should be A Tier. Having a projectile that you can move after firing is unique to her and really good in many microgames, and being forced to move is no big deal when you can fly around in circles.
    Now you need to make a microgame tier list /s

      I like that idea. Like an update that changes 9-Volt so that when he deploys his yo-yo, you can wiggle the joy stick and the yo-yo goes crazy, like spins around him or moves side to side, wrecking stuff as it goes. You're right, I don't think it would break him or the game in any way except making him slightly more useful.

  • @Nennecatgirl
    @Nennecatgirl Před 2 lety +12

    The biggest issue with penny isn't her inverted controls, it's her momentum. She starts slow and the more you shoot in a direction you build up speed. This makes it very hard to hit things without pressing A, and sometimes you need to run and gun, or pressing a will stop all your momentum leaving you with too little speed to finish the microgame.

    I would say I’ve gotten to the point with Penny were I’m pretty good with them. What I notice myself struggling with them is micro games that involve you moving a lot in different directions and sometimes single shot ones. They move quickly so some mini games are you flailing for a second and then back to normal. While single shot games like Dr. Wario may be weird since you shoot out so much water. B is a good ranking for them. At most they would be low A tier.

    I finished the game last night and I was really surprised you like 5-Volt so much. There are quite a few microgames I find she makes really tough because she doesn't have a way to continuously hit something or control smoothly: for example, the first boss you play with her is the one where you juice grapes. It was -so- much easier using Ashley for that one, I had to fail it twice to do it with 5-Volt. The handlebar one with the mine cart is one I always fail with her too. I personally think she belongs in B tier, but she's the only one I really disagree with (I think Wario should maybe be A tier and Ashley being alone in S tier).
    She is S Tier is being fun to play as though.

    Gotta say, I don't think Ashley is well designed because of the fact she's a better version of the fliers. A well designed character would not invalidate the existence of other characters by being better than them in every concievable way. If she was slower or her projectiles had less range, any sort of meaningful trade off really, she could be well designed. But as is, not at all. ("But there's Wario Cup!" Yeah, so what. That's just one mode. In everything else, she just stomps on all the fliers). Also don't think 9-volt is well designed because instead of being a high risk high reward character, he's an incredibly high risk LOW reward character. Plus you can just use Mike since he's a better version of him, or use Ashley since she's way better than both of them.

    • @Cream147player
      @Cream147player Před 2 lety +3

      I don't think Ashley is quite as good as you think - there is a trade-off there. Remember, unlike other fliers, she has to aim her shots. There are some games where being able to fly up and down while shooting right like Dribble makes the game really easy (and analogous situations for Mike and Orbulon). What Ashley has is flexibility, sometimes you'd love Dribble to shoot vertically, or Mike to shoot horizontally, and obviously Ashley can do it all. I'd say overall that does make the better character because she works for nearly every game, but it's not as clear-cut as it initially seems.
      9-Volt definitely is very bad though.

      red bombs are slow and not very powerfull, You can use Orbulon which has no cooldown, better attack speed and can easily push things that can even cheese some games like 5 volt.
      18 volt cant move but he can shoot in all directions, Ashley can fly and shoot the same way. Sadly if a character can do something there will be another one that can do that exact thing but in a much better way making some characters useless, In my opinion there is some well designed characters like Mona and 5 volt, even thought this list hates Mona she is very useful, She can fly in all directions very fast and the boomerang is very useful to push things and almost anything and her drawback is very creative which makes Mona a well designed character since she doesnt make the others look trash.
      5 volt is another example, she can cheese some games but some games will be very hard to complete, making that in some games she is the best but in others almost everyone can beat it in a easier way.

    • @justanothergamer9570
      @justanothergamer9570 Před 2 lety +1

      I used to think that Ashley was better than all the other projectile fliers. Then I tried a dozen times to beat the "no damage" and "master" missions on friendless battle with her, only to beat both of those missions first try after switching to Dribble.
      The issue with Ashley isn't simply aiming. She has to move a little bit towards her target in order to shoot toward that target, which is bad if the target is something you'd rather stay away from. Fixed shooting characters have the ability to strafe. Ashley does not. If you're playing Friendless Battle or any "clear screen" or "many targets" style microgame, Dribble, Mike, and Orbulon can just hug the left/bottom/top edge and strafe from one side to the other while shooting to clear the whole screen or kill everything. Ashley has to turn a bunch to do the same.
      In exchange, Ashley gets multi-directional shooting, which helps if a microgame rewards being able to shoot in a specific direction.
      As for Kat/Ana vs Dribble/Spitz, I do think Dribble/Spitz are usually better simply because of their free control. But Dribble/Spitz suffer in games where you need to exert an upward force, and Kat/Ana are much better at those games because their bounces function as attacks. The video had an example of a Kat player failing the microgame of turning over a turtle because she tried to accomplish it with shuriken. That microgame is fairly easy to beat by simply flipping it by jumping up to the edge like you'd do with Young Cricket. In fact, that particular microgame is arguably easier with Kat using that method than it is with Dribble, who's more likely to run out of space by pushing the turtle into the wall.

    I actually agree with this tier list, somewhat of it.
    Most notable difference I want to make, is to bump Penny to A tier, probably still lower than Orbulon but she along with him, Ashley and 5-Volt are basically the four horsemen of cheesing Micro-games, (okay Ashley is the only one who doesn't technically have any microgame that is too easy for her but still she's too easy to use and effective at it), since Penny is arguably still very competent and if played right, she can arguably reach Ashley's level of usefulness, in addition to being able to cheese water-based Microgames (though they don't come as often as the movement-based Microgames that are cheesed by 5-Volt). Another one is to move Orbulon slightly above Ashley, though this is rather subjective - both stay at A tier.
    Everything else though can stay the same in this tier list, except for probably Dr. Crygor is actually not too effective compared to flying characters. Put him below Wario, Dribble&Spitz, Mike and Red but keep him in B tier. Also, Mona actually can be on B tier and below Dr. Crygor for having a surprisingly effective projectile. Put Young Cricket and Master Mantis above 18-Volt. Everything else is the same, I guess.

    Conclusion: The most important in wario ware; Is the player!
    Personally I find that 5 Volt is rather average, the damage of the teleportation is not precise, it is a very big explosion, which could be very bad for some minigames where it is necessary to be precise. In addition 5 Volt drops, after a teleportation, which can be a big penalty for some mini games, (and she can neither teleport nor move when she falls.)
    (It is true that she can finish 2% of the mini games without any difficulty, but it is only 2%)
    (I personally think it's better to use a character that has NO flaws like Ashley rather than 5 Volt.)

  • @zander6259
    @zander6259 Před 2 lety +6

    My thoughts ~
    Cricket & Mantis: I personally don't buy that Mantis is the better of the two, the fact that he will stick to nearly any ceiling-like surface means that in a lot of microgames that require multiple jumps (think the water pipes in That's life or the Breath of the wild one) his ability ends up getting in the way more often then not. It does enable the occasional stylish play with an other-wise strait forward archetype, but I don't see how that could put him above Cricket as the quintessential jump-man. Other then that, I agree with their collective placement in the middle of the road.
    18-Volt: I genuinely believe that this character is one of the best, most consistent crew members in the whole game. 18-Volt is the only character (other then Ashley) that can shoot projectiles in any direction, but unlike her, he doesn't need to worry about controlling aim and movement at the same time. Having full and total control over quick, fast-firing, omni-directional projectiles is so much more powerful then I think a lot of people realize. He's also easily the best "hoop-goer" since he can just aim at it instead of having to find a working angle like Pyoro or waiting for the cycle like 9-Volt. Perhaps he does require a higher skill level in aiming and mashing, especially at higher speeds. You can mitigate the mashing problem by sliding your finger across multiple face buttons (since they all still work as A) but this need to mash combined with the hoops can cause situations like this ~ czcams.com/video/OooNrmlwxqs/video.html . 18-Volt is a tougher character to get down, but I think with some practice he's a strong contender for the best non-flying crew member, around A tier, or at least high B.
    Propel vs Hover characters: I place Penny, Jimmy, and Crygor in an archetype I call "propel flyer", a character that flies, but does so by using a specific ability (swimming, attacking, water) and will carry this momentum after use, but then fall after some moments. Similarly, Wario, Dribble, Mike, and Red would be "hover flyers", Characters that simply go to where the stick points at a static speed and float in place when stood still. I think that fundamentally, propellers have a harder time with microgames then hoverers, especially ones that require precision. Managing a propellers movement can be a task all in itself, and can bring into question if their strengths outweigh these issues.
    Crygor: The easiest to control out of the propellers, but lacks the good parts of Jimmy and Penny. Crygor is slow and his attacks, while easy to manage movement wise, are very underwhelming in power (which does matter quite a bit,) so he ends up feeling plain ineffective to use, so I think he's C, below the jumpers.
    Jimmy: A much more volatile version of Crygor, Jimmy's short bursts of movement are tough to control, but are made up for by how much power and speed they pack. There is so much Oomph to his attacks, and Jimmy is legitimately the fastest character in the game in terms of raw distance covered. If you get any microgame requiring precision, he's boned, but I still think he's the best propeller, and still probably B tier.

    Penny: Maybe the trickiest crew member in the game, it takes some time to get used to her mechanics. But even after such practice, it's hard to imagine her water not still getting in the way. Her stick-in-place hover helps her circumvent the problem of staying IN the air that her peers have, but since you have to shoot out a bunch of projectiles in order to move at all, that can inadvertently screw her over. She's also not that fast, which means you mostly get one shot to set up shop in where you'll be spraying from, because messing up and needing to move will likely take too long for the microgame's time limit. So you have to quickly discern where you're going stop AND how you're going to get there without spraying somewhere you wouldn't want to. This positioning issue she has IS helped by the unique solutions to microgames her water provides, but I still see her as a crew member that can struggle to do tasks that most others don't, leaving her around C tier.
    Mona: While I don't necessarily Disagree with her placement on this list, I think her tools shouldn't be undervalued. Being an auto-moving character like 9-Volt or Katana, she actually still has a strong degree of control, given that you steer her through the air and can stop her by throwing her boomerang. On that topic, it is true that this boomerang is slower in comparison to a projectile, but it's still as fast as Mona herself, and since it also controls like her, you can almost treat the boomerang like a clone that you can recall to the original at any point. It should also be mentioned that the boomerang is exceptional at pushing things (like the rubber plug in the drain game or pretty much any microgame about turning a wheel.)
    5-Volt: Gavino already made a comment on her here saying most of what I had to say as well, so I won't spend much time on this. 5-Volt is overrated, the microgames she wins for free are mostly ones that other crew members don't struggle with, and sees major roadblocks in the ones that require a lot of movement rather than ones where you only need to be in one place fast. her attack is very strong, which is nice, but it's hard to set up another teleport quickly if something needs to be hit multiple times. But I still think she's alright, around B or C tier.
    Some final thoughts on the Hover-flyers: Without a doubt the most dominant archetype in the whole game. The worst one is still B tier, and the two best sit at S tier. For best crew member out of the entire cast, for me it's a toss-up between Orbulon or Ashley. Ashley is so incredibly good, and the only thing that can hold her back is the management of moving, aiming, and mashing all at the same time. Orbulon bends the game to his will with his tractor beam, with countless examples of it mowing through microgames like no other character can. His one and only struggle is that this beam only goes down, serving as the only reason this god-like alien hasn't enslaved our entire race. As for the other hoverers, red is the worst because he shares Orbulon's one weakness without the insane benefits. Wario having his shoulder bash instead of a projectile leaves him feeling not quite as dominant as the other hoverers, but he is still a very solid, all-rounder pick that you can never go wrong with, so he's top of B, bottom of A. Dribble and Mike are very simple, extremely powerful, and mostly the same. But my gut tells me that Dribble is better, at the top of A tier, and Mike is just below him.
    And as for 9-Volt, Katana, Lulu, and Pyoro, I agree with their placement.

    I agree with most of this, but I have a few changes:
    -Pyoro is better than LuLu because LuLu isn't fun.
    -18-Volt belongs in B-Tier, unless your aim is that bad, his spam and freedom easily put him in a league above the jumpy boys.
    -You've done Mona dirty! She belongs at least in A-Tier. "PK Thun... I meant Boomerang" is an active hit box that doesn't stop until it is called back or runs into Mona, and as far as movement goes, she's one of the fastest. She's S-Tier in my heart, but I know that not everyone is as much of a GAMER as I am.
    -Red belongs in C-Tier, as his bombs might be more powerful, but their speed of travel and spam-ability hold him back. Also, most minigames are "Upward Biased", making most games slightly harder.
    -Mike belongs in A-Tier because, unlike Dribble and Spitz, shooting upward is useful practically all the time, while D&S can get screwed over by their lack of choice. Thus, if direction matters then Mike doesn't belong in the same Tier.
    -Jimmy T belongs in A-Tier. I like to think of the bash trio as three flavors of Coke, Wario is Diet Coke as he lacks versatility, Dr. Crygor is Original Coke being versatile and fairly smooth, then Jimmy T is Cherry Coke requiring total commitment, but greatly making up for it with his speed and power.
    -Penny in B-Tier? Hello?? Easily the most versatile move-set of the whole cast and the ability to just say nope to some micro games because water is the answer!? Easy S-Tier, if you don't think so, get good.
    -Mom/5-Volt is busted, but I feel that the fact that you can't teleport again until you have touched the ground make her a little more limiting than she might initially appear. She's still S-Tier, but behind the true queen, Penny, as there is no obstacle she can't pass with ease, while 5-Volt occasionally struggles, especially when the speed picks up.
    In case you're wondering, my main squad is usually Penny, 5-Volt, Mona and Jimmy T.

    To me, I'll give Penny an F tier, she's pretty hard to use for me since her movement is "opposite" to other characters and her movement has momentum, which make it much more difficult in many occations. I failed many microgames when I get her.

  • @Lattice
    @Lattice Před 2 lety +1

    The problem I have with Jimmy T is that it's hard to have precision in his movements due to them being in short bursts (especially when it gets faster). I'd put him lower, since Crygor is much easier to control regardless of speed.
    Penny for me personally is much higher tier, since her attack is unquestionably the most rapid-firing in the game and the water element she has grants access to "shortcuts" in several microgames. The only downside is perhaps that she's hard to move around at first, but that's just something you can get used to.
    Oh yeah, and Orbulon is so OP

    I think that for the most part of these are fine but
    Ashley: I feel like she's a beginners trap. She's VERY good, don't get me wrong, but her movement speed is absurdly slow and as you said her shots are weak, she can barely finish some microgames in time due to how much you have to mash to get results.
    Mike: I think he's better honestly, stronger shots and the fact you almost always start at the bottom of the screen in microgames means he doesn't have to work hard to make his gimmick work, he's a lock for usefulness.
    Orbulon: I think the only microgame he's bad at is escaping the jar. I don't know how to do that one with him as he can't break it fast enough or push the cork free.
    Cricket (And Mantis) Are absurdly good, they just get glossed over because they're so basic. Crickets movement speed is insane and his 'strength' means he can clear microgames with almost no mashing. He gets slept on a lot. Mantis though can probably stay bottom C. He gets stuck to the ceiling way too easy and can throw you off with it far too often.
    Wario, Crygor, Jimmy: Wario deserves to be way ahead of them. While he has slower movements up and down his shoulder charge lets him clear the screen and get to things super fast. He's also insanely easy to position correctly as he has no gimmicks to his movement. Jimmy and Crygor on the other hand are the most low C's I can think of and I'm surprised you have them so high. They can go in any direction but they have so little control over where they land (especially Jimmy) that you can easily overshoot goals or targets or hit things you didn't want to by accident.

    The problem with Kat&Ana is that they're just an inferior Dribble&Spitz in every single way. They have the exact same direction gimmick as D&B, but because they jump constantly, the player has no control over their vertical movement and they have to platform everywhere to the beat of their jumps. Meanwhile D&B fly, so they can just go anywhere they want.

    • @justanothergamer9570
      @justanothergamer9570 Před 2 lety +1

      Kat and Ana can exert upward forces by jumping, similar to Young Cricket. That turtle microgame that the player failed in the video by trying to shoot it with shuriken is easy to beat by jumping up into it as Kat or Ana, and it's arguably one of Dribble's weaker games. A similar situation plays out in the game where you have to force a golf ball out of a sand trap. And, ironically, a similar situation in Dribble's boss microgame. Honestly, there aren't a huge number of projectile users that can attack both vertically and horizontally.
      Also, in the game where you have to pick any nail and hammer it (from Mona's set), Kat can hammer nails on either the ceiling or the right wall while Dribble can only hit a nail on a right wall.
      But yeah, she's terrible at games that require dodging, precision attacking and the like. Which still probably makes her statistically worse than Dribble.

    Good tier list imo. It’s quite telling that harder to master characters don’t always have more potential (exceptions being Penny and such). Ease of use is important too, which is why ranking Crygor or Jimmy higher is difficult.
    Interestingly enough, I believe the game itself considers Kat and Ana to be the hardest characters, judging by Wario Cup difficulty rating. But I too would consider 9-Volt harder (and worse).

  • @Nate9-9
    @Nate9-9 Před 2 lety +1

    My main disagreement here is actually Pyoro. I don't think he is too slow on the ground, and as long as you are aware of the angle of his tongue most micro games are pretty easy with him. He has one of my highest win rates. I would put him in A tier.

    Here are some thoughts which are also based on playing the competitive party 2-4 player modes with my family:
    * 5-Volt - I think 5-Volt is too inconsistent to be top-tier. She makes a lot of microgames trivial, but certain microgames are pretty hard with her. Competitively she's not so great at stuff like volleyball or collecting fish where you have to move a lot.
    * Jimmy & Crygor - I would actually rate them lower because of their lack of a projectile weapon, which is bad for certain microgames. This is also problematic in the party mode because they don't have as many options. Also Jimmy can be a bit difficult to control compared to Wario.
    * Mona - I think Mona is just as good as any of the other flying characters. Her auto-moving isn't that much of a hindrance since you can stop her by shooting, and it's made up by the fact that her projectile is extremely good. (In party mode it is generally very strong, and you have perfect control of it).
    * Penny - Probably the hardest to rate because in theory she's probably the best flying character (her water is probably the best projectile in the game). But in practice her inverted controls make her pretty bad when microgames speed up. I think unless you can use her inverted controls perfectly at max speed she has to be alower.
    * Lulu - She's not great but I think she should be higher purely by nature of the fact that she can fly. In a lot of microgames and especially in the party mode just being able to move well I think is a big plus. I might even put her higher than Red because of how much easier it is to attack with her (you are punished a lot with Red if you miss).
    * Pyoro & 18-Volt - In contrast, I think their limited mobility should put them a lot lower. Obviously microgames are beatable with both of them, but because they can't move freely (Pyoro can move but cant jump) you don't have a lot of options. These problems are exacerbated a lot in party mode where their very linear movement options cause a lot of problems, especially for 18-Volt.
    In general - I agree with this list - flying characters > platforming characters > gimmick characters. But I think having a good projectile is undervalued, and the challenges from 18-Volt and Pyoro having to use rings is a little underestimated. 9-Volt is definitely the objective worst - although what I like about Warioware is that even he still has niches where he's useful. There's this one minigame where you compete to see who can paint the most on a sheet of paper, and 9-Volt wins for free because his yo-yo is extremely efficient at painting, all you have to do is mash. Also if the tier list was based on how much of a flex/meme it is to play as them 9-Volt is an EZ S-tier.

    I have my own predicted tier list of the characters, but it is based on how easy/hard is it to use them instead of how viable are them in Microgames. Beginner, Novice, Intermediate, Advanced, and Expert - where Beginner is the easiest and Expert the hardest. These might not be the most accurate - please comment if you need to do so.
    - Beginner -
    Wario: Simple flying controls. Attacks simply have him charge towards the direction he is facing. No ranged attack, but still relatively easy to use.
    Dribble and Spitz: They're pretty much similar to players in side-scrolling shooters, literally moving up and down hovering, and shoots the direction ahead of them.
    Mike: See above, but it's a top-scrolling shooter facing upwards.
    Red: See above, but it's an upside-down reverse shooter with attacking from above.
    Ashley: Similar to Dribble and Spitz, Mike, or Red, but she can aim anywhere. Very versatile character.
    -- Novice --
    Young Cricket: Plays like a typical platformer character. Hold A to jump higher. Still not the most complicated character though.
    Ashley: Similar to Dribble and Spitz, Mike, or Red, but she can aim anywhere. Very versatile character.
    18-Volt: Doesn't move, but you can have him aim his shots pretty easily. Think of a stationary shooter with aim-able control!
    Orbulon: Similar to Red, but has a Tractor Beam that attracts things from below like a magnet, requiring holding buttons to do so. The tractor beam really can come in handy.
    --- Intermediate ---
    Master Mantis: Similar to Young Cricket but if holding A button long enough, he jumps into the ceiling and treats gravity upside down until he jumps back to the floor.
    Jimmy T: Only moves by pressing and possibly mashing the A button and towards the direction you're facing. He's fast though.
    5-Volt: Doesn't move by default but her spirit can be moved anywhere and she can teleport anywhere while releasing shockwaves. Can be a hassle to use on certain Microgames, on others, particularly ones involving getting to a certain point...
    Lulu: Similar to Young Cricket, but she can just keep jumping with the A button instead of charging high jumps and holding down on the control stick allows her to ground-pound.
    ---- Advanced ----
    Kat and Ana: Similar to Dribble & Spitz, except they can't control moving up and right. They can still move to the left and right, and fires shurikens in one direction only similar to the taxi driver duo.
    Dr. Crygor: Similar to Jimmy T. but you need to hold the A button instead to keep moving towards a certain direction with the circle pad.
    Mona: Flies and can move anywhere, but she can't stop moving unless throwing a boomerang that can be controlled but will eventually return back to Mona herself.
    ----- Expert -----
    9-Volt: Moves non-stop left and right on the ground, briefly stops when throwing yo-yos above, which sometimes he needs to access higher platforms due to his inability to jump normally.
    Penny: Cute little scientist in a big world needs to know that her Jet Tank One fires the opposite direction of where the Control Stick is aimed and can hover and stay in one place mid-air with the A button. Whoops! Versatile character overall when played correctly, though. Water-based microgames are a joke to her.
    Pyoro: Can't Jump, only moves left and right, and extends tongues Diagonally and only diagonally. Arguably one of the hardest characters to use because of the inability of extending tongue straight horizontally or vertically, requiring to work around it.

Ashley and Orbulon are always my first picks when making my own team. There are a few Microgames where 5-Volt just doesn't work, which compensates for her being largely broken. You can easily lose a microgame with 5-volt if her teleporter cloud is too close to the inner hotbox. Also Kat/Anna and 9-volt should be switched because there is a way to keep him in place with the yo-yo. The only problem I have with that is the amount of people who have already done the same thing. I was fine with making a Get It Together character tier list because it's a brand new game, not many people have made a tier list (actually absolutely nobody made a tier list yet when I recorded this video)
      I'll think about though. I still need to beat all of the games and even then I might just do a tier list of one Rhythm Game at a time, but I think I'd rather wait for a new one to come out to do a something like that.
