I love Billy Walters he is a hustler just like everybody else and just mastered his craft to get paid off the backs of superstar athletes playing the games we love.

The Best Billy Walters interview was on pregame podcast with the late Dave Malinsky. Billy had some interesting stories and opened up more than he did here. I think he just felt really comfortable with Malinsky. But anyway, it’s a good listen.

I'd love to know his thinking on the insider-trading episode, he must have weighed the pros/cons and thought it was going to be winnable. I recall from a prior interview he got badly burned investing in Enron and other companies that went bust and that must have influenced his decision (revenge is sweet), but he took quite a gamble thinking it would stay under the radar. Cant believe Phil M. got away so cleanly.

I think Mr. Walters agreed to be the fall guy as he was the guy on the "shady" business in order to keep his relationships strong so as to keep future business opportunities alive.

Love the fact Brent could not get a pick!!!! Billy Walters is the most legendary sports bettor of all-time and no one will ever win as much in a lifetime. Actually, weak interview with nothing new. Begging for a selection reminds me of 1990 tout show. Good luck, Billy Walters.

Most legendary when it comes to American sports like NFL, NCAA football, NCAA Basketball. Those are the 3 main sports Billy bet on seriously, but the guys who focused on Soccer like Tony Bloom where the betting limits are almost unlimited made a lot more than Billy Walters. Some of the big soccer bettors are billionaires.

Lol you dont realize how hard it is to hit 5 games do you? You're throwing money away. If you make 10$ parlay on 5 legs. It pays around 280. So yeah, you get 28 chances to do 5 legs and make a profit, but you can lose 200 5leg parlays in a row lmao. Easily. You need to be doing straight bets, or 2 leg parlays. Never more than a 3 legger.

Billy said that , in his up coming book, he's gunna release everything he's leanred and knows about sports betting from over the decades!!! I highly doubt that!! However, if indeed he DOES dump all his knowlege as the "bible of sports betting", then Vegas will 100% be doing a number on lines and outcomes of games to thwart any variance! You can GUARANTEE THAT!!! Vegas isn't in business to lose money. Facts!!

Didnt quite get to an HOUR either. Actually less than 30 minutes interview time but very interesting. I hope Billy does the audio book because I would rather hear him TELL the stories than have to read the words......Thanks for EVERY time you have guys like Walters, Brent, Jimmy and all the other OLD SCHOOL guys on the show. MORE time for them and less time for EVERY other "tout" that has been in business less than 20 years. Mitch and Pauley get a pass because their juts damn entertaining as well and Kelly stays because of the attitude and the rack.....
