You brought back a piece of my childhood here. My family first subscribed to Foxtel in 2005 (same year) and this was before the Nick Shack was introduced in the same year!
It's hard to imagine that some of Nickelodeon's old bumpers would be used in Australia as late as 2005.
Never thought that Nickelodeon Australia continued to aired some 80s idents (especially during 9:34 and 10:36) that was used by its main US counterpart. Wonder if other international Nickelodeon version also continued to used these idents (like Nick in the UK) or just Australian version to do so?

Wow, this has unlocked some very specific memories of my family moving up North to Wondai. We hadn’t actually found a house to rent, so we lived in a motel room for 9 weeks, which had AusStar including Nickelodeon. A novelty for us kids since we couldn’t afford pay tv at home

As far as i'm aware at least, your video is actually the very first Nick AUS recording from 2005 uploaded onto CZcams. I've been searching for mid 2000s Nickelodeon content for ages, but there's very little out there. I've personally only got one recording from the era.
Either way, I really appreciate you uploading this, as it's brought back quite a lot of childhood memories for me. 🙂
Thanks! I actually converted this recording in 2014 but I never bothered to edit and upload it! I think I may have some more Nickelodeon from 2003/04...
