    The test would consist of one solid tone. The strange part is that siren was actually doing the large-fire alert mode.

      @lukemclaughlin3784 Před 5 lety

      Actually, in Franklin County, the regular tests consists of two solid tones, 20 seconds each, and theres a 40 second rest in between. They also do voice on the first Wednesday of the month..

    I live just up the road from this Whelen WPS-4004. I am here to confirm that this unit is in proper working order, and within the almost 5 years of living here, it has not once malfunctioned. This unit is located at the corner of Kioka Avenue & Clifton Road, right next to the Riverside Global Methodist Church.

    Hi-lo signal: it is for fire alarm, some country use them for tornado warning. Since hi-lo signals have a lot of echo, people can hear them well. Most city have a lot of skyscrapers. So they use hi lo to generate echo beside buildings.
    I don't know, i searched in internet and google.

      Calvin Williams Yeah fuck you troll. Name a siren that's better. Actually don't cause there ARE no sirens that are better then Whelen's. They are made in the USA. EVERY single piece that makes up a Whelen is made in the USA. The boards are assembled in the USA even the drivers are made in the USA. Go to hell. Now (-__-)"
