I've never seen this before. It's a little gruesome, but, I 'get' it. I did laugh when she snatched that dog and put it on her head. When she grabs the cats as gloves, I started howling with laughter.
@MrTonyInchpractice Come on, this is direct satire, they've evidently done it because they are against wearing fur. They've used comedy as a medium because it has the power to win people over. Granted, it's not the launch of some anti-fur campaign but it's pretty powerful to watch...
It was a big thing to have a real, beautifully handcrafted, preferably designer, tailored to perfection fur coat in the 80s. It was a sign of luxury and wealth (before the 2000s anti fur coat sentiment began worldwide), all the most glamorous and high profile women owned a fur coat in their closet saved for classy events. Nowadays wearing a real fur coat is horribly condemned and shamed, particularly for anyone who's high profile, it can create a tabloid story i.e. where's that fur from and further drama for the person. Although I must say that fur only looks good on women from my POV. Men in fur just don't look very well dressed unless they're in a substantially cold climate.
Although I do posses Furs I find this very funny because there are some that are highly insensitive like this and that is what makes this absolutely fucking hysterical!
Fantastic, could not agree more! Making a market for skinning animasl (possibly while still alive) is pure evil, unessacery and nothing more than a fashion statement from people with more money than sense. If you wear fur there is blood on your hands

I wouldn't say they're trying to give a big animal rights message because it's only a comedy sketch and they're making fun of posh fur-wearing women that seem heartless when it comes to fashion. They're not screaming "fur is murder!!" and trowing red paint at people who wear fur..
