Nice setup! I have a pair of old EAW sb528’s they get low but are kind of sloppy and dont sound the greatest. They don’t get super loud either and was thinking about upgrading to the 8006’s. Do these sound good and get loud? Like hit your chest loud?

Go for hdl6. That's what we will do in the future. Sell 4 x nxl24, get 6 x hdl6 instead. But to answer your question, one nx24 per side is ok for 2-300 people.
The difference is that the LA system will sound very good even when pushed hard. I cant say the same about RCF. One of the main reasons why I love L Acoustics. But for the money, NXL24 and 8004 is a very nice combo.

Yes. They are monsters. One of the best active subwoofers in the market.

The NXL dont have anything like that...sadly. They we're very harsh in that room. But the subs...Oh boy oh boy. They get way below 40

Because the hall was much more wider than longer. We needed more uniform coverage instead of more spl in the center.

What is the power consumption on these at full power?
4 x nxl24, 4 x 8004 and 2 x hd32 as monitors were running on a single 16a circuit at 220v. The subs eat about 500w and the tops 2-300w.
You are just like me, bring WAY too much speaker to an event. Lol.
Well, the event had about 300 guests. This system can handle double than than, but I runned it a 50% all the time :D
