That definitely was "Just in time" - thank you for taking her in right before the pups were born. It would have been hard to get her out of there with the pups born... Now they're all safe, happy and healthy.
This gentle dog had been someone's pet, probably dumped when she became pregnant. She wa so lucky to be rescued in the nick of time. Thank you.

I have been rescuing for 60+ years. I rescued a mother and daughter dachshunds 12 years ago. I lost the daughter December 6th 2023 she was12 years old blind and a diabetic. The 18th of December l rescued a chihuahua/ terrier mix 1 1/2 year old little girl. The 3rd of this month my 13 year old mother/dachshund past away. On April 10th l rescued a 2 year old male chihuahua. I can never replace those l lost but l can always opn my heart and home for anothe fur baby.

These “happy ending” videos should be streamed on every news channel instead of all the hate and brutality that happens in the world! I have the feeling that those bad videos and news just feed the hate😢. If people were watching this rescuing and saving lives videos more, I think they would soften and we would have a better place to live!

Too many Huskies ending up stray or in shelters (to join all the Shepherds and Pitbulls...😢) Thanks, HFP, for finding and getting this good Mama who looks like she was ready to be saved to give birth in comfort.💕🐾🐶
For 2 main reasons. 1. Huskies are bred work dogs, so they have so much energy to burn. That means multiple long walks or big yards for them to run around and burn that energy. They aren't a lay around your small 1 bedroom apartment all day and a quick 5 min walk at night to pee and poop. If you leave them cooped all day they will probably start destroying the place because they need to get rid of that energy. 2. Huskies are highly vocal and not just barks. High pitch yelps and howls. So if the owner is not prepared that can grade on the owner. I love Huskies they are one of my favorite breed of dogs but I would never even think of getting one. I live in an apartment and I am no where near active enough to get them the level of activity they would need.
3. Became popular with idiots after watching game of thrones.

Someone who couldn’t afford the puppies or couldn’t deal with husky behavior and dumped her, with her subsequently getting pregnant. There are always those who are just jerks. Lots of resources out there to rehome.

I don’t know how old Mallory the mama is, but she seems calm and very happy to be rescued. As always, HFP approaches any dog in need of help with kindness and deep caring, so all of the dogs rescued by HFP are always the luckiest ones. Thank you as always for your great work to save animals. As society, we all must stand up for those abandoned and abused animals. It’s not just rescue organizations’ problems, but all of us are responsible.

This beautiful mama was rescued just in time! But what is a shame they should’ve kept one puppy with her, because she was so proud of her puppies and her babies. Every time, one of our females, had puppies, we would always keep one, and they know it they know who their daughter or their son is. This is a beautiful, beautiful rescue! And someone would’ve adopted that mother and her puppy

Thank you all for rescuing Mama and her children. It breaks my heart when I see abandoned animals. I recently saw a clip from a newspaper comic strip depicting a human trying to get into Heaven. When he finally got to where he could see inside, it was full of Cats and Dogs with Halos, and nary a human. My own personal belief is that for those humans fortunate enough to reach the Pearly Gates, there will be few humans and mostly cats and dogs and all the other animals. I can NOT wrap my head around the concept of abandoning such a sweet dog. Mallory was clearly in a loving family, and willingly returns affection when she receives affection. In addition she is beautiful and cute. How is it hard, in this day-and-age of the Internet & of Google, to rehome a pet dog like Mallory?
