to offset the purchases skip out on a few sales in the summer and save. The brands dropped a lot of good stuff before vib thats why a lot of us did 3 orders LOL normally i do 2 only. Luckily for one of my purchases i had a $104 store merch credit so that helped. I had two online orders because things kept going in and out of stock and the stores had none left. I did not buy much skin care or body care because in march i purchased from the urbanskin rx sale and fentys 30 off sale and got my butta drops in jumbo. I mainly got perfumes and some makeup from vib.
Yea, I totally agree! I don't shop much at Sephora between sales. It has to be a really amazing product drop or sometimes I'll take advantage of the random 20% of fragrance sale that they have. What did perfumes did you pick up from the sale? I shouldn't even think about buying more hahahaha I want to start shopping more at Ulta. I just picked up a few things from them yesterday lol!

I love Caudalie Beauty Elixir and décolletage/ body oil. Love Hour Glass brushes. I was thinking about trying there foundation brush. I don’t own any of there foundations but I love their brushes! Def worth the splurge especially if you can get a discount.
For some reason, the Elixir is a little too much for me. I can't use it after washing my face. It's so strange. Ummm they have a body oil?? 👀👀
@@Melissa_Lorraine yes girl. It has dig and is natural smelling but I love it! I can see that with the Caudalie, I wonder if it’s heavy in essential oil.
Hmmm I never thought of that. It's possible. I don't have sensitive skin either so it's so weird. I'm gonna test it again today!

@@Melissa_Lorraine I use a brush, but to be honest I’ve never tried using a sponge with this foundation so I can’t say if one is better than the other 😅. My foundation brushes of choice are currently the lys foundation brush, Sonia g jumbo base, and the rose and ben c42 brush. I’ve heard really good things about the hourglass brushes but I haven’t tried them.

Wait a minute, girl!! You bought so many foundations and skin tints I need a review of them all 👏🏼 I have super dry skin in the winter and oilier skin in the summer so I’d love to hear what works because same 😅 I always want to buy perfumes in the Sephora sale but nothing really lasts on my skin so I’m forever hesitant. Do you own any that you find are more long lasting?? I feel like my dry skin eats perfume 🙄 I bought the YSL brown mascara and I love the color but I find it doesn’t do much for my short straight lashes. I think the earthquake made us all blackout during the sale 😂😂 You had to see my face when you said my name!! I truly consider you an internet friend and your words mean so much to me ❤❤❤ I’m so happy you bought the brushes because they are seriously so good (and I hate to say it too!). Mind you I just threw out so many expired foundations!! I'm editing my declutter from the end of February and so many many times I'm like "no more foundations in 2024" 🤦🏾♀️ wtf is life. Definitely going to do a showdown of all of them. I have a few actually! I'll edit this comment with some recs. For some reason, my face isn't sensitive but my body is so I tend to try to spray it on my clothes/jackets. My chest will break out if I do too much. I have the same issue. The YSL and Fenty do the best job. But I'm so excited for my upcoming lash lift! I'm scared my eyes are gonna fall out but hey 😂 why not. Awwww trust me, I truly enjoy your videos. It's been quite the year for me so even though we're going through different things, it's good to know we're all human and are a work in progress. I was thinking of doing with a Top 5/10 or maybe speed review video? Or maybe spending a minute on each thing? I'm glad it's over too 😂 I'm done for the next 6 months. Thank you! New follower here- I use q-tips to dip into products instead of my fingers. I find it is more sanitary and keeps it from getting into my nails.
I only use the SDJ jars fresh out the shower for that reason. I use hand lotion after that. But something about that particular scent just doesn't emulsify the same way the others do. It always gets stuck in between my fingers 🤦🏾♀️😩 thank you so so much for subscribing 💜💜

It’s lightweight, not oily and I luv the smell. @@Melissa_Lorraine yeah the Patrick ta blushes are good buys for sure. I want to swatch she’s blushing. Not she if it will show up. But his blushes will surprise you. She so LA gives a nice bronzy effect. It creates demention. I’m not sure how it works but it does!
