Wang Chuqin is definitely the player with faster footwork, more powerful shots and higher consistency in rallies. Zhou Qihao however has a very creative style of play and very good anticipation. Still in the whole match there were almost no points where ZQH could overpower WCQ, it was always the other way around. I like ZQH's style very much but to be able to seriously compete with his higher ranked teammates, he definitely needs to work on 3rd ball attack, shot consistency, forehand technique (power generation) and footwork.
ZQH has the best and most fluid footwork among the Chinese topplayers. However WCQ relies more on near-the-table-rallies and sometimes ZQH tries to avoid ”infighting-rallies”. Strengths and weaknesses like always. ZQH needs to get more aggressive and less afraid of rallies. At the same time, ifWCQ has Adam when his forehand is strong, he Will be very difficult to beat.
Qihao is consistent. He just was more passive in the last sets. He reads well, winning by defence. He miss points trying to avoid hitting to the centre where Chuqin is strong. Chuqin is bit more impatient, getting into attack quicker, he could be unstable as well.
I like ZQH a lot, but his strategy is just problematic. He beat ML and FZD not because he’s the best at smashing the ball, but because of his quickness, ball placement, control of rhythm, and his ability to occasionally do the unexpected. Here he had way too many rallies with WCQ than he should, and unsurprisingly lost a lot of them. He also seems less composed than last time, forcing a couple of his shots and making more errors. ZQH has a long way to go before he’s really better than ML and FZD. At least ML and FZD can still beat the sh*t out of WCQ.
I could see Zhou losing that 3rd set from a miles away. Wang Chuqin physiological aspect is very strong, he doesn't backdown on his attacks even when he's about to lose the set

Chuqin, Ma Long Xu Xin Zhendong all these players cannot be as good as they are without supporting members the national team with the same level as they are. Is not about they are better. Zhou has an awkward backhand technique when he is far away from the table where he tries to rotate his torso to give the ball spin instead of using his arm and wrist. What's weird is that he does it when he is close to the table. I don't get him.
Wang Chuqin became my favourite player by the end of 2020. He is simply sensational.

Because every one he fought in last trial was right handed but wang is left handed so he was facing some problems.
