5:35 glad you kept in one of Sonic's biggest weakness compared to other animations, and that's Sonic likes to gloat/be cocky too much leaving him to be caught off guard, alot. I mean just look at the snow competition, boi was too overconfident that he lost...TO ORBOT AND CUBOT. Sonic always finds a way to be too confident which often leads to getting his teeth kicked in, one of those times leaving him unconscious and waking up like he had every single nightmare at once in Frontiers.

In the Daizenchu which Toriyama himself stated that it’s cannon and can be used, it was confirmed that super saiyan after the namek saga became so powerful that it’s beyond measurement and mathematics. you downplayed a lot Sonic Compared to Goku, his Super Sonic form could easily fight against MUI, knowing the threats he was able to deal with (Solaris for example)
and his base form is fast enough to avoid all of Goku's attacks, by far, even in MUI, but while he could be able to touch MUI Goku, in base form, he won't deal enough damage to beat MUI

Oh, and where do you take these power level from? There's nothing that states that Sonic Power Level is 9 sextillon, nor for the power levels of Goku, you just came up with them, and that's because it would became absurd and won't make sense anymore that Akira stopped using them after Namek Saga.
MUI is very fast on the dodge? And? that doesn't mean MUI can dodge Sonic's attacks and no, he can't Sonic is just way too fast, even if Goku can react and avoid any hits by instinct in that form, if he's not fast enough he can't avoid them.
If you want, we can say that Sonic can deal damage only at Full Cyber Sonic (which is the real name of the "super sonic 2" from frontiers).

Goku hilariously outspeeds sonic and it's not even close, But firstly, we have to go over goku's speed before making an outrageous take like this. (I'm only using OG Dragon Ball Goku) People think sonic is faster than goku because he's the personification of running fast and travelling at high speeds, he does this consistently throughout his games, and never fails to run at the speed of sound, if not higher, but goku So badly outspeeds its not even close.
(Kid Goku & Teen Goku this from From OG Dragon Ball and not DBZ just to prove how badly goku slams)
Goku was able to completely Blitz a rabbit mob member before he even processed the thought of pulling the trigger on his Machine-Gun which would require about Nanosecond To Microsecond levels of speed, if not milliseconds if we're being generous, but you'd be able to click a gun faster than a millisecond if you processed it through your brain. Your movements are always slightly, if not 2-5x faster than a second and near Milliseconds in levels of speed, but the difference is goku blitz'd the guy before he even processed the thought of pulling the trigger, which is far above millisecond in terms of speed. this can easily make it to Microseconds, if not nanoseconds because the guy didn't have a chance to think of the trigger getting pulled because goku blitz'd him, This makes Goku's movement speed faster than a Microsecond and can travel at Subsonic levels of speed since he'd need to also reach and use calculable levels of speed in order to blitz him.
in an episode titled, 'Quicker Than Lightning' goku has to wear a crown that can attract lightning from the clouds towards it, which goku is being unable to dodge it efficiently and was getting hit multiple times, even being knocked out for three whole days, before getting up and attempting to do this again. and can be seen dodging and stepping away from lightning, which travels at the speed of light, Kid goku did this momentarily and was sometimes struggling to dodge them. (as i said before) the only reason goku was struggling was due to the Crown which attracts lightning to it, meaning lightning was focused onto Goku who was wearing the crown. hence why it was hard for goku to evade (like i explained before). Goku's training was to Move quicker than lightning, and was to perfectly dodge them. Goku successfully done so. NOW, this would be a SOL Speed feat (it is, there's multiple statements proving so) IF there weren't return strokes and down strokes. Return strokes are the very bright visible flash that we see when lightning, caused by rapid discharge of when electricity (Electricity will be brought soon) hits the ground (down strokes) and immediately returns back up. (return stroke) the movement and moment of the charge starts at the point of contact, and rapidly works its way upward as the charge is drained from the channel (lightning), Although the visible flash (light) is associated with the rapid movement of charge downward, (down stroke) the actual flash (light) propagates upwards (return stroke) throughout the channel as the negative charge starts moving towards the ground. (Down stroke, and the Negative charge are the clouds powering the lightning bolt) So let me write it down, the lightning that goku dodged (down-stroke) travels at 270,000 mph this means goku's reaction speed and movement speed is 354X the speed of sound which is an extremely impressive feat, and an addition to this, this means goku can travel faster than a microsecond because the leader, the first stroke of a lightning discharge, basically the down-stroke, actually proceeds in steps, lengthening by about 30 meters at a time, taking about a microsecond (one millionth of a second) to do each step. -- there is a pause between steps of about 50 microseconds, and considering the fact that the Lightning Bolt even after goku successfully evaded, was still chasing goku down, and wasn't returning back up to the clouds, this would mean the Down-stroke, and return stroke, were entirely focused on chasing goku, because they weren't travelling back up to the sky, this means the lightning bolt was chasing goku down at a microsecond and was moving faster than sound simultaneously, so Kid goku is already above High Hypersonic+ of levels of speed. and can dodge objects travelling at that speed in less than a microsecond. Kid goku's speed caps at Massively Hypersonic+ i was lowballing goku the entire time, i can easily get this feat up to the speed of light using statements, and by the earth's size.

When goku said, 'Faster than lightning' he meant the entirety of lightning, he meant moving faster than Both the return-stroke, and the down-stroke, the return-stroke is the only thing moving at the speed of light. (Like i explained before) that's the whole process and point of 'moving faster than lightning' when you're moving faster than lightning, you're also talking about the entirety of it, meaning goku dodged something that was moving at the speed of light. With Dr. Slump Scaling i can easily get this SOL feat to MFTL+ but i won't say that.
Krillin during the Tournament was getting blitzed by roshi, and fight equally with roshi, who had an entire battle and dialogue in just 0.2 seconds (a little slower than milliseconds) and nobody was able to perceive their movement or even see them at all, meaning they would have to be moving at least 40,000 Mph, which is about High Hypersonic+ Levels of speed. Goku and his opponent Nam, jump higher than even the mountains and goku stated he could've jumped even higher than that, and the battle is considered greater than Krillin Vs Roshi which Roshi calls goku's potential Limitless (proof that saiyans have no limits) and even said he might lose to goku. - Goku blitzed roshi after using the afterimage technique after beating nam, before goku completely gets stunned and paralyzed by Roshi's Lightning paralysis which goku breaks out of, while in his great ape form. and then goes full power, and completely defeats great ape goku as he performs the greatest feat as this point of dragon ball, as he obliterates the entire moon in seconds, which this being calc'd at 7.35x10'22 * / 299,792,468.2 (Basically Dwarf Star level power) levels of force, with El Mundo Legendario stating Roshi even had enough energy to power entire stars, and with this feat being around a very short time frame, being around 6 to 14 seconds, making it Relativistic in terms of speed (11.3% the speed of light) Meaning a max-full powered Roshi, can output far more speed and power in his base state in his fight with krillin Which showed only High Hypersonic+ Speed. this would also mean Max Powered Roshi, is also 10x the battle power of his previous self as he's able to defeat to defeat the great ape, which was a 10x Battle Times multiplier And great ape has the capability to tank this. (Nearly equal in power)
Goku in the Red Ribbon Army Saga can now casually dodge bullets without any effort while in mid-air, establishing the consistency that it sees a high level of speed and far beyond the speed of sound. Colonel Silver is able to shoot down Goku's flying nimbus with a rocket launcher which goku is being unaffected by this, Goku's flying nimbus is shown to be faster than even a jet. a Typical and regular fighter/flying jet flies at 400 to 500 Knots of speed, which is calculated to be around 460+ Mph, which surpasses and far exceeds that of the speed of sound, and is also moving about 36,000 Ft per second. this is Nearly 1 Mach of the speed of sound, and only slightly slower by a few knots. Afterwards, goku crashes and gets knocked out (not out of consciousness, but out of the nimbus) Goku casually smacks away Machine Gun bullets with his power pole on his way to muscle tower, and dodges missiles from a terminator like robot easily, with Ninja urasaki thinking it was impossible despite seeing goku dodging bullets at a very close range using his afterimage technique, meaning goku is dodging missiles which are faster than bullets, casually.
Goku fights Buyon The Jiggler, who was stated to be capable of tanking any and every human weapon or martial arts technique thrown at him. the jiggler tanks goku's unmastered kamehameha technique, and blasts him with lightning, and goku aim-dodging the rest, establishing Goku's 270,000 Mph feat even more, and the SOL Speed feat even more, as prior to this, goku was capable of dodging the pilaf's gang's pink lightning by jumping out of the way, showing Goku's reaction speed and movement speed is way faster than The speed of sound which sonic travels at, and goku dodged those lasers way before fighting the jiggler. and faces a pirate robot who electrocutes him underwater which he's actually able to resist and snap its tail. - (This is electricity and not lightning, But electricity travels at the same speed of lightning, but not the speed of sound, let me explain. an electromagnetic wave of electricity, ripples through electrons that propagates close to the speed of lightning. (down-stoke) the wire and electrical properties like its inductance affect the exact same propagation speed, but it'll usually will be around the speed of lightning, about 270,000, but not the speed of light, showing goku can react and safefully outspeed it. anything saying electricity travels at the speed of light is wrong, and fallacious, as the velocity flow of electricity only travels around 270,000 mph.) -
2: After goku got defeated by Mercenary Tao, goku has to go train with korin. goku's power after training with korin was stated by him to have multiplied by many-fold which is around 5x or above and if he got 2x stronger, it would say his strength doubled or 2x'd, if his strength times by Three to four times, it would've said Several, but it didn't. we also have to take in consideration that Speed Increases alongside strength, (stated by vegeta) which goku during training moves so fast that he created multiple and several afterimages next to korin further improving this statement. and korin speculated that goku may have surpassed roshi and possibly even his max power form. afterso goku challenges Mercenary Tao again and successfully beats him.
Goku now has to face the main red ribbon base which scares everyone including master roshi, during the fact with commander black, Goku dodges Multiple lasers from Commander Black, while in mid-air and at point-black range while not even looking, daishenshuu calls this a B-Gun, while another guidebook calls this, straight up lasers, with lasers being light amplification meaning it will travel at the speed of light, which at this point, goku is already faster than light before he even dodged lightning. (FTL+) in both terms of reaction and movement speed. (movement is running and flight speed) what makes this even more consistent is that goku was stated to have surpassed roshi with possibly by many fold with roshi's kamehameha being stated to be hitting the moon at relativistic speeds. (11.3% the speed of light) master roshi was even training and suggested goku was even stronger than he was at this point, shocking the others completely. including krillin. Roshi further explains that he wouldn't even have the stamina to take down the red ribbon base, which goku did. this means goku has surpassed roshi verbatim, meaning goku would be able to move way faster than light pretty easily, and he can destroy entire planets, and even stars.
Roshi thinks goku from the 21st Budokai wouldn't stand a chance against mummy-man, yet goku tanks a punch from him and takes no damage, before easily one shotting him, supporting and confirming the fact that goku did indeed surpass roshi during this time, goku also blitzes Devil-man so quickly that even roshi called Goku's speed Unbelievable and can't even see him move which is insane because roshi would atleast be relativistic in terms of speed As his KI is able to move at such speeds, and his KI is what he uses to amplify his body in combat, and with how goku is able to casually able to dodge light-speed objects and attacks, this only makes him being faster than light more consistent. A 3 Year timeskip happens and goku faces off against Kinkaku and Genkaku and survives getting swallowed by their gourd which is stated to destroy whatever and what is in it, basically anything inside gets physically and mentally destroyed (not existence erasure, but physical erasure) Goku survived this and faced off against a demon from the demon realm named Shura who is stronger than goku is, with goku having to beat him with using his weakness which is light. now another Timeskip brings us to the 22nd Budokai as Goku faces off against a former champion king-choppa who won without being touched, but goku easily one shots him. roshi also has to face a werewolf who was mad about him destroying the moon with this adding more consistency to the fact that the moon feat is not an outlier and was referenced in the show multiple times, and even in the El Manga legendario
Later-on, goku faces off against Pampers who is a Movie-Star and a peak human level professional kickboxer who won multiple martial arts tournaments with him planning to make the 22nd Budokai and his Third. Master roshi even calls him the unstoppable fighter, even so, goku casually one shots the unstoppable fighter with relative ease. Goku after beating Pampers, fought krillin and calls it the most fun fight he's ever had moving faster than anyone and everyone in the arena could perceive with Only tien being able to barley keep up with his blinding and alarming levels of movements. Goku even states he's been holding back the entire time to tien. During the match Goku casually outruns tien's Solar Flare which is a blinding light which is mainly focused to Catch opponents off guard and block out their senses. with goku moving so fast he takes out Master Roshi's glasses and puts them on before the light even reaches him, meaning that goku travelled faster than a picosecond to reach the glasses, Then tien afterwards, Uses an ability called 'Rekka Kousoku-ken!' which is translated to be 'Light-speed Fury punch' which goku loses the fight due to bad luck.
3: Goku states he never met someone as strong as yajirobe before, and were both casually hopping and dodging Lightning from a demon named Symbol in which Yajirobe reveals he wasn't going all out against both Goku or Symbol. With king piccolo beating Kid Goku so badly his heart stopped beating, King Piccolo also kills shenron after getting his power back which was actually stated to be infinite, King Piccolo stated that he wouldn't even think twice about destroying the entire planet if he was annoyed. considering he's far above people like Roshi, who could destroy the moon with almost star levels of force, this would be consistent.
(Mercenary Tao threw a pillar 2300 Km which is a fraction of Db's Earth) - The earth of dragon ball being atleast four times bigger than the regular earth in our world. and seeing these calc's the energy required to vaporize it, it would go all the way to star level however, you can take it further with the earth's dragon ball being the exact same earth as Dr.Slump

Goku went to meet korin who states that he has nothing more to teach goku as goku gained power even beyond him. with korin's power being actually 190. Goku gets his full saiyan potential unlocked after drinking the ultra divine water and reaches a power level of 260 Rivaling that of full power piccolo, Goku's strength and abilities amplified so dramatically that He was even able to 1 shot drum who even beated Tien with no difficulty whatsoever, and King Piccolo stating that his Half-Power state from before is nothing to what he is now, and tien can't even perceive their movements (Goku and king piccolo) which is surprising, pushing them even further to the faster than light+ ranges of speed. Goku eventually uses the power of the great ape to one shot king piccolo (10x Strength boost than his original physical strength) Roshi even states that he could've done absolutely nothing to king piccolo, which further solidifies the fact king piccolo is far stronger than roshi, being able to destroy the earth rather than the moon.
Goku goes to train on Kami's lookout and tries to Blitz Mr.Popo, His Attendant, but gets knocked down continuously, and not even the Great-Ape fist that he used from king piccolo is fact enough to challenge his attendant. Mr.Popo is seen blocking all of goku's punches casually and with a smile, and goku states he's the strongest *BEING* he's ever faced even stronger than king piccolo. Mr.Popo afterwards, was telling goku that he needs to be calm and faster than lightning, Mr.Popo was calmly outspeeding and Blitzing Goku, Goku even tried to attack Kami in which Kami Casually Flicked goku with a single finger with some Beerus Vs Goku Shit, And Goku was going with the intention to kill because he reminded him of king piccolo.
Goku was introduced to a place called the time room by Mr.Popo which he states that all of time is created inside this room which at this point of the story, would be referring to the time and events of the base universe. after entering, goku goes back in time to train with Master Motaito who Trained both Master Roshi And Master Crane, and master crane is the master of tien shinhan, and Motaito blocks several attacks from goku despite not being able to defeat king piccolo without the mafuba, but Kid Goku is more than likely holding back as this feat should put him at a level where he could one shot king piccolo. Master Motaito ends up teaching goku the basics about ki control with goku having to face a doll with the exact same attributes and strength as him, but being undetectable, and goku eventually learns how to make his body attack on his own (like ultra instinct) and one shots the doll, before spending a month in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber.
The 23rd Budokai is the main event after the timeskip with goku being a teenager now and roshi stating he can't even compete with goku anymore and goku casually Blitzes Choppa again, and Kami's power is used to create the moon via shenron, and tien casually one shots The Evolved Cyborg Mercenary Tao who was stated to be several times stronger than before with Master Crane thinking Tao can actually Defeat Tien.

Krillin is able to tank hits a Full power weighted Piccolo which makes him state that the ending of the world will be much harder than he thought but goku being surprised by krillin's performance, Goku then faces off against Tien again, fighting him pretty equally, before goku removes his weights and utterly beating him after doing so. Kami tries to Mafuba Piccolo but it ends up being reversed. Goku hasn't even been using his full power all this time and was saving it for piccolo as he uses his super kamehameha against him, which in the daishenshuu is stated to be the Extra Strengthed Version of The Kamehameha Technique which shatters even the moon, obviously being a reference to roshi when he used his Full-Power kamehameha to destroy the moon.

Piccolo is also able to tank this with little damage, with Goku And Piccolo both having their weights off, were fighting so fast that not even Kami could see them with kami having a technique called 'Far Seeing Arts' which makes him capable of seeing everything on earth, like all-seeing god since Kami was referred to as god, alongside piccolo, and kami couldn't keep track of both Goku and Piccolo, this means he can't keep track of both of them individually, and possibly seperated, but yet, him previously having reacting and 1 tapping An FTL+ Kid Goku with killing intention, and kami was unable to keep track of them meaning they'd have to be moving at a Massively Faster Than Light Speed to blitz Kami who could casually react to FTL+ movements and make them look like nothing.

With piccolo stating that he's a thousand times stronger than all of them including kami in which Roshi actually agrees too and only Goku can take piccolo down, and piccolo would absolutely dog wash them even if they all attack simultaneously together. which Tien actually states before the fight actually got serious, this supports the massively faster than light scaling as it would be at least a Thousand times faster than the already FTL+ Kid Goku and stronger as well.
Goku's Strength from OG Dragon ball is ranging from Atleast Large Star Level To Multi-Solar System Level And MFTL+ (Durability equates with strength) Meaning Kid And Teen Goku is blitzing Super Sonic, and showing better feats than Both Base + Super Sonic from Dreamcast and throughout the games, (non-canon games like Sonic Shuffle And Sonic Advance doesn't count as they're Alternative Universes) So, Base DB Goku > Super-Sonic (Current)
you are downplaying both of them bc sonic is massively irrelevant speed quadrillions of times the speed of light but goku is still fast with immeasurable speed feat.
It dosen't matter how fast goku stop the bullet, sonic in his base form can move so fast that its look like around him stopped moving and with his super form he can travel to universe in a nano seconds, goku speed is completely a joke compared to sonic speed
