Really looks great ! Wish I had made a rotisserie when doing my Camaro, beats the hell out of laying on ur back underneath n sanding, cleaning, prepping for paint, you get a much better job using the rotisserie. Great job !!

How does the paint on the bottom of the car hold up over time? Is another type of paint better, like "Rust Bullet," or another type of single-stage paint like Imron Polyurethane?

Can you show the outside of the car as well?

Why did you support the body on full length square tube? How tall are the vertical tube from the rails? What is the size of all your tubes? I'm going to put 1986 El Camino on a rotisserie and never saw this method. Can one attach the rotisserie at both ends of the body? Is there a risk of bending the body without the rails? I assume all vertical mounts are at body mount points. Are you going to remove a vertical mount and paint that point at least for rust protection?

Why do you use square tubes and extensions to hold the body on the rotisserie? Why not connect the rotisserie to the front and rear only? Do you do any measuring to lift the center of the body with the extension tubes? Is this a better when the doors are off the body? Many questions on mounting a body from a full frame car, I would like to chat with you on this topic.

I finally found your video on the rotisserie using 3"X3" 3/16" walled tubing. I think that will be the way I go when I take the body off the frame and mount it on the rotisserie.

Can you list the sealer number and brand along with the paint and clear brand and number? It is hard to hear what you are saying with the fan and your distance from the mic.

I know he uses all PPG products.
      Sealer is DP90LV epoxy
      Color would be DBC2000 solvent
      Clear VC5700 Vibrance line

I thought your are suppose to wait 30 days after spraying that grey epoxy primer to let all the chemicals dissolve out of the epoxy primer ....before you spray the indigo blue color on the bottom.
