    How to learn handstands fast..
Practicing the headstand is a good idea. This helps build confidence going upside down into inversion. It's easier to learn balance because we've got three points of contact. If you're a beginner to yoga or calisthenics, this tutorial will help.

I think I am scared of putting all that pressure in my neck with the headstand, but handstands appear to be a little more straightforward 👍

Weirdly I can do a pretty good free handstand, working up to OAHS, bit I can't headstand. I guess I just focused specifically on handstand and gotta go back a few steps haha 😄

If you dont have a madical condition than just try to build up time slowly. I had the same. I started with the dog pose from yoga, then continued with placing my feet on a chair or bed and doing shoulder presses. And than raising the handstand time with a wall from 1 sedond to several.
It took me over 1 year to feel comfortable being upside down 😀

I removed the fear of falling but now I developed an OCD. Every random time of the day, my head is telling me to do a handstand and it gives me anxiety. When I try a handstand and I fail, I would feel bad about it and makes me want to do it more. If I do make it however, my mind is asking me "but can you do it in any given moment?" And the cycle repeats. Idk if this is OCD and idk if anyone can relate to this.
