Baton Rouge Garage Doors - Krátké a kreslené filmy
Never label a video "how to" unless your video actually shows the thing being done.
Good sensible and understandable video. thank you
I wish the half wit that built my detached two car garage would have watched this video before pouring all the concrete! Now everytime it rains I have about two inches of water in my garage. Of course the "home inspector which is Cardinal Home Inspection " did not catch this problem. So now I am stuck with this problem!
Wish I knew this before putting up my metal building on a slab! We had know idea where building would set so we couldn't model the concrete for the doors. What can I do? everytime it rains it runs in the cracks. So frustrating.
Grind a bevel.
you in a heap of trouble lol
Not expecting a response given the age of the video and limited actual instruction.
So is there any recourse on a house built 3 years ago with a leaking garage due to basically what he describes wasn’t done? Or am I stuck with cost?
Little note given the company that posted the video. Overhead installed my garage 3 years ago, new build, and I just had to pay another company $200 to basically redo it due to all kinds of issues. It’s was Overhead in St Louis and when I called they offered to come fix it at my expense, so I went with another company. Understand it was out of warranty but given it was an install issue you think they would have offered discount or at least free estimate.
All talk did you actually do what you just said ?
Would have been a better video, but you never really described in detail or theory, what you did to your garage floor or how? Please make a better video. Thanks.
As he stated, it's all about the slope under the door.
If the water rises high enough it will still enter.
Dont do this folks, This is animal come in heaven .
Waste of time
