@@evolvingtable9462 Literally the main thing is the sauce. There's SO many sauces that compliment fish tacos. My pleasure is watching cooks and being inspired beyond how prepare them. The fish is easy. The sauce is the boss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Throw a little chipotle w/adobo in that crema.... looks great! Those El Milagro corn torts are the best, just double them up! The best Baja fish tacos are at Berryhill Tamales in Stafford, Tx (SW Houston)
