I was born in Scotland (my mum is from Dunfermline) but I grew up in Greece cause my dad is from there and came to Aberdeen for uni when I was 18 (4 years ago).

By the way, i used to love going to Strathbeg loch, Forvie nature reserve and Girdleness!! They are not so easy to get to but great if you like nature!

Hi Rohit, there are plenty of student accommodation in Aberdeen, get in touch with the university who will help you out.
Aberdeen is quite a small city, not spread out at all so you can get around quite easily.
I’m from Glasgow and feel sorry for everyone stuck up in Aberdeen it must be freezing and well boring

@@djunatree3199 hello Djuna, in my opinion Aberdeen and Scotland is very LGBT friendly. There is a zero tolerance towards homophobia in bars, restaurants, buses, etc. Because it’s a student city, there are soo many people of different backgrounds, with different sexual orientations and I truly believe that it’s a safe place to be as an LGBT member. Unfortunately like anywhere in the world, there are some narrow minded people but luckily in Aberdeen I have never come across anyone like that. I’m bisexual myself and Aberdeen is one of the places I’ve felt the most welcomed.
