I bought a pair of boots but the smallest size they offered was a six, they are a size bigger than what I usually am. I got a pair of size 9 Air Force 1s and I’m a 8.5 in most shoes. Simple trick I did was just to wear triple socks and lightly tie the lace if it’s low cut.

According to an older gentleman, who is the owner of a shoe store, do not put those heel strips in the heel of your shoe. It will move your foot forward causing it to continue slipping. Instead, cut it in half and put one on each side of the shoe.

I got some slip on shoes and they fit a bit big. I got a pair of insoles and it helped somewhat, the problem is that there is a little gap beetween my heel and shoe. Any suggestions?

Sew some cloth onto your socks where needed to position your foot. On the front would be like the tissue, but more permanent. Your right and left socks would then be different. Maybe put the cloth in loosely first to see what yo need.

So I ordered Converse in a size 10 and I wear 8.5 the shoes Is long ash

They help a bit, but the best for metarsalgia is generally a full-length insert with a built metatarsal pad for sure!

I got a pair of Jordan 1 lows after trying for a long time but unfortunately did not see the videos about sizing. They fit like a size 8.5 or even a 9 and I’m a 7.5/8. I don’t want to sell them because i really like them but I need them to fit a bit better

I’m a size 8 and my brother got my bapestas but they only had size 9 so he got them for me, any tips on how to make them fit? I tried on 8.5s and have a tiny bit of room
The insert is going to be something I look to try. I was always fat and lost 95 pounds and my shoe size shrank. I miss my my louboutins be nice to be able to wear them again, they are too expensive to just replace.

I need help with a situation- my regular size 9 (80%) of the time. I’m planning to buy a Red wing engineer boots a size bigger, size 10.My right foot is just nice but my left foot is a little lose. I’ll fit a full size insert ( Scholl ) . Will it have a negative effect on my feet. It has a steel toe. It’s 50% off . It’s $300 instead of $600.

What I use on my Red wings is those felt pads that you put on your furniture to slide on the floor it has a sticky base on the back and it works perfect! I believe that this is like 3 in round but it takes the whole heel in the boot for a nice snug fit. Give it a try you won't be disappointed
Heel grip pads aren't thick enough, and they're expensive.
I got 2 pair Cortez’s, one is 12, and the other is 12.5 and I’m usually a size 11 or 10.5, what size do I needa get my orthotics? Or if there’s any other way to get them to fit smaller? Do forcefield crease preventers also work?

These shoes work with the Peloton bike+ (April 2022), czcams.com/users/postUgkxGPkov2mNjgZfG33r6Bwvies8jKE4AKZB and are of good enough quality. I have completed 10 rides so far and there are no issues. The first time trying to fit them on the Peloton bike took 10 minutes (even with the help of an experienced cyclist friend who wears the same type of cleats). It took a couple of rides to break in. After the first two rides there were no issues at all.
