Some info from Axial Racing:
The RR10 Bomber build-it-yourself kit is loaded with features allowing you to customize it and add your own electronics for the ultimate rock racer! Building on the current, successful ready-to-run model, this kit version includes a wide variety of desirable option parts that deliver next level performance and durability. Hard anodized aluminum suspension links, hard anodized aluminum steering links, long travel rear sway bar, hardened steel universal axles allowing up to 50 degrees of steering, aluminum lower link plates, and King adjustable machined aluminum shocks, all riding on sticky BFGoodrich® Baja T/A® KR2 tires wrapped around 2.2 Walker Evans Racing beadlock wheels. We've also included heavy duty bevel gears in the front and rear axles for improved gear mesh, and increased strength.
FULL TUBE FRAME COMPOSITE CHASSIS
The most realistic high strength composite tube frame chassis. Our high strength composite plastic is impact resistant to help protect the RR10 from crash damage.
KING ADJUSTABLE MACHINED ALUMINUM SHOCKS
The included aluminum King Shocks feature precision machined pistons which offer smooth performance throughout the range of travel. Made to tight tolerances, these aluminum shocks feature clear coated polished aluminum bodies, machined aluminum caps and aluminum preload spacers for precision shock adjustments. The rear shocks are mounted on the links rather than at the axle, allowing for more suspension travel which is better for high speed handling.
REALISTIC SCALE DETAILS
Realistic scale details include molded driver figures, three pairs of helmets, molded shock reservoirs, a fuel cell, Bomber Fabrication body panels, two full color decal sheets with enough graphics for two completely unique looks, and a fully licensed scale tube chassis.

Man you got me wanting a bomber now.
It's addicting, I know!
to paint a carbon fiber look into use the square mesh cabinet liners! I spray a really light adhesive to it stick it on and paint the dark color then take it off and spray the light color! super easy and cheap!!! love this channel keep it up!
Very good idea...I have come up with a good alternative! Bomber week will be continuing next week. Stay tuned!
It looks so good
Thanks Glenn. I have a thing for Carbon!
I just orderd a savox 1258t. I can't wait to install it.
Nice! Depending on your electronics, you may want to pick up a voltage cap from either Spektrum or racers edge
The RCNetwork I'm planning to make my own cap because I can't find one for a good price in the netherlands.
Ahhhh. It should be pretty easy. Any electronics store and a Receiver plug and you're done!
Lovely Rig!
Thanks Szabi!
The European RR10 CF two piece hood version has venting at the back of the hood, nearest where the windshield would be, looks KOOL..hint hint..
Nice! I'll check that out...but stay tuned for the reveal tomorrow...
rich you can recreate carbon fiber look with the anti skid matting you can find it in the kitchen utensil area at your local store paint with your favorite silver and gunmetal paints .. i saw it done looks like the real thing .... best of luck with your paint hope that helps out.
Very good idea! Thanks for watching MIke!
No problem Rich , Thanks for posting hope to catch ya at the next RCX expo missed ya at the last one .
Nice, they look great. You should just wrap the hood in a carbon look. it's easy and cheap
Very good idea!
Wow! really like that gloss shine on the body panels. Your video series makes me want to do a Bomber kit. I better get done with my Digger upgrades first! lol
Thanks al2! The Bomber is fun, and yeah, I have my Digger sitting in the shop as I type!
That carbon fiber looks great. A good alternative to the original!
Yep, I like it! Reveal will be out tomorrow! Stay tuned!
Nice choice for the body upgrade👍
Thanks Noeys!
Nice!
Thanks PuntoRacing!
Can't wait to get a bomber!
I like it and probably my favorite Axial
Hume, was hoping for CF panels for my build manufactured in the U.S.A..There is a company in Europe that offers a two piece hood in CF..I will withhold the name, hoping a hint to XTreme (if that helps) I will hold off ordering, waiting on XTreme for their hood version..I have XTremes CF chassis on my Nitro Slash..adore the workmanship.. ;)
Yeah, curves in CF is not an easy task....
i reckon a shiny gold hood would look bomber (pun intended) would go alright with those carbon fibre panels
or your idea of replicating the carbon look on the plastic panel, and put the provided sticker that says 'bomber' in the shape of a bomb/missile
Very nice ideas....If you goto this video, I show off the completed Bomber: czcams.com/video/bAF8xLqeo-4/video.html
that is really cool rich hey man don't they have carbon fiber tape or a wrap I seen a guy do his grp rims one time and I didn't know if that would be something you might be interested in but that's awesome brother thanks for the cool video as always
Very good idea, Roy!
+The RCNetwork thanks Rich
bodypanels are the future? so much easier and practical. if you say it like that in english.
I really like body panels....so much easier to manage, no tearing in the corners and easy to paint. The only downside is continuing a paint theme from panel to panel.
Wondering, if its possible, reasonable, to have a "top of the dash" panel CF overlay.? or just use a CF copy of decal material.?
Anyhow..just thinking out loud..lol
Freqeskinz has a bomber interior in CF. Check them out
with all the black going on, you should change the shocks over to powerstrokes?
You'll see on Friday....It all makes sense with the King's
should've murdered it. lol.
I wanted to...but those links! lol
lol.
what about thin stainless flashing for body panels
Sure, I've used aluminum panels in other builds - like this one: czcams.com/video/wuaKdEjVxAQ/video.html
were can i get all those panels but for a Axial yeti rock racer?
Xtreme only makes the roof for the Yeti. If you want nice stuff, check out CarterFab Machine - He makes super nice Aluminum panels. Check my video here:czcams.com/video/SRV3kvdd1mg/video.html
alright thanks :)
Hey Rich let me know if you need any help replicating the carbon fiber design
Thanks Junior. I think even you will be impressed on how the hood turned out.....well hopefully! Think novice painted (me)
+The RCNetwork haha shoot me a pic
hey rich will you unbox a proline ambush rtr. please do
I have one on order, but looks like October...There's a bunch of people that have them.....I saw one at Surf City this year....It's tiny!
