Arrow Dakar Exhaust ( Honda Transalp 600 ) overview,install and sound

Hi, when I was installing the new gasket I had to grind it down to make it thinner as the pipe wouldn't fit over the header pipe. I also cut the gasket in half and it worked better and fitted ok without any leaks. I will have more videos of fly bys and riding with it.

​@@scottyd024ya mine was sitting for along time aswell ill have a video up of changing the coolant pipes and sensors. My thermostat was stuck open and the housing was blocked with dryed up coolant

@MrDEANOSCOOLVIDS yes mate ,I had similar problem with coolant .Good job I checked it was dried shut nearly finished full restoration.

Nice video! How much lighter is it compared to the stock exhaust? Did you notice any difference in power?

I didnt weight them but it must be 2 to 3kg lighter then stock . power is similar.

now just don't forget to richen the fuel mixture, becouse otherwise next video will be called "honda transalp 600 engine rebuild" :)

Could you share where you got this Arrow pipe from? My guess is that you're from the Ireland area and I live right across the North Sea so that's relatively close.
