Sir, I planning poultry farming unit. For it I purchase land for Rs 12lakh and develop ed purchased land with invested into l.3 Lakhvinfer. My project cost comes to Rs 30.70 Lakhs.
Land 12 lakj
Land development 1.3 jakh
Building 16.20 lakh
Misc plant 1.20
Cost of project 30. 70
Means of fund
Contribution : 12+1.30+4.30 = 17.60
(I have 4 3 Lakh in bank. )
Loan of 13.10 = 30.70p
Please advise this financing is OK or not
