I’m going to make a coaster called “Veel Stengeance” and I will never be busted.
Or how about Veal Stenchgence and piss of the cattle community!!
Lol
Vsteve
Don’t worry cp fanboy is gonna make his own military and fbi force to hunt you down so be careful when you go to theme parks
Lol
A full on Knock off park would be amazing with knock off names. Like "Visit 8 Flags Majestic Mountain and enjoy a character breakfast at McRonald's with Donald McRonald while enjoying Boyz-N-Berry pancakes! Take a trip around the park on the Dizzyland Railroad. Don't forget to ride the Jurrasic-raptor-coaster"🤣
There’s literally a coaster called Magic Mountain in I think Denmark or the Netherlands. I dunno. It’s built by Vekoma I think.
This comment took commitment
Maybe they could improve the SLCs.
You literally included McDonald’s and Knott’s and six flags and Disney and universal😂😂
I would genuinely a love that 😂😂
I can confirm as someone who speaks Chinese that they didn’t even try to hide with Vertical Roller Coaster, the name in Chinese is exactly the same as the B&M dive in Chimelong Paradise. It’s as if they don’t want you to not see the similarities.
“and by originality i mean WHAT THE F-“

Ore we wrap things up.
"Jawa Timur Park 1" sounds like the default name for something in Roller Coaster Tycoon.
It kinda is actually, jawa timur is the name of the province and then just add 1 lmao 💀
Yeah man they are 2 more jawa tinur park
The jawa timur park 2 is a zoo
And the jawa timur park 3 have a dinosaur park , a zombie atraction and others
Yet still all the 3 parks they own are all shit. I've been to all 3 of them, but hey at least there's one rare credit.
:( ,Indonesian here ,sad ,i mean they tried :v ,the name was called Jatim Park ,Jawa Timur is a place ,try translating it from Indonesian to English
@Atilla Rafki :/
It’s not a TPC video without:
At least ten food analogies.

Don't forget an epilepsy warning at the beginning
@@xcoasterenthusiast And reuploading
And some parts that are cut off abruptly.
Funny how he pokes at ride designers for thinking they’re being original with a goat, in the same entry he mentions Cars 2. 🤷♂️

I love how the Chinese knockoffs have such literal names, "Vertical roller coaster" because it has a vertical drop, "Broken rail coaster" because the rail is disconnected, still trying to figure out "Sounding rollercoaster" though.
ouch!
The names are often different than their actual chinese names
Supposedly the coaster is named after a “sounding rocket.”

I miss Volcano at Kings Dominion!!! I also really miss big bad wolf at Busch Gardens. I was lucky enough to have worked at Busch Gardens and operated the big bad wolf.
Can’t argue with you there. Two fine rides that are now gone forever. True, Volcano was notorious for breaking down frequently, but when you got to ride it, it was pure fun. I liked it a lot more than Outer Limits: Flight of Fear, a ride that was brutally criticized for its roughness, with Flight of Pain being a common nickname.
Hi, Indonesian here. The Volcano Coaster from Jatim (Jawa Timur) Park 1 is abysmal. Of all Roller Coasters I've been through in Indonesia, this one is the worst. Most Roller Coaster here are templates of existing roller coaster designs.
Now Imagine a government backed theme park trying to design something they never done before, with corruption and nepotism surrounding the construction of the coaster, you got the Volcano Coaster.
No way a park name Jawa Timur 1 has good rides. It sound like a first time thing "Yeah just call it Jawa Timur Park 1, we wil build better versions of it later".
From all coasters, from the hiper ones to the wooden coasters, nothing is better and more nostalgic than that rusty wacky worm at the local city fair lol (or your first rc that you rode)

I love the way Peter says "that's up to The Legal System," I'm imagining a Judge Dredd type entity just named "The Legal System" who is judge jury, and executioner. Copyright laws are super complicated and I Respect Peter for throwing up a shrug and saying "I dunno"
It's no surprise so many of these are in China. They give zero fucks about counterfeiting foreign products for their own use. Even the government does it.

ill never forget earthquake, that terrified me as a child, but replacing it with Fast and Furious made me even more terrified.
Ooh, Fast and furious haunts me too. Don't worry, you're not alone
Two things I regret not riding while I visited Gatlinburg and pigeon forge is Earthquake knock off, and that creepy dinosaur looking ride in pigeon forge. I am a sucker for campy humor and those seem to be perfect for that.

The way you described the “originality” the ride at #1 had me laughing so hard
The entertainment and informational aspects of these videos is absolutely spectacular to say the least, but above all, I thoroughly appreciate and enjoy the narrator's sarcastic humor!
Not gonna lie, Millennium Force looks pretty forceful, especially the loop
That's correct. The coaster may be small compared to the original, but it has surprisingly tight curves, descents and loops for the speed it has. This should make it pretty intense. Maybe it was built in 2000 too. Then the name would even go very well with the driving experience.
Best rmc no contest
I think it was a pinfari coaster, we had that same model in our country but is now defunct.
@@leonard5033 it's a wuhan fute replication of the pinfari zl42
Isn't this just a knock-off Zyklon Loop, or is it actually a Pinfari coaster?
Well..... actually you still can experience "Earthquake: The Big One at Universal Studios Hollywood when going on the Backlot Studios Tour. So yes, the ride at Universal Studios Orlando doesn't exists no more. There is still a Universal Studios quality representation of this ride, still in California.
The Studio Tour at Universal Studios Hollywood is basically the Earthquake ride but better because it contains other stuff as well. I love the Earthquake part of Studio Tour
@@jimmythegamer2231 It has been a long time since I have been there, but the tram on that tour passed through a Cylon laser battle, crossed a rickety rope bridge, when through the Six Million Dollar Man tunnel, and was visited by a certain Great White shark. But the BART station set where the earthquake happens is a lot more realistic and terrifying - because you are in California where earthquakes are a thing.
Oh, I thought I recognized. I even rewind the video to get the location. I have only been to Universal Hollywood.
I grew up in Beijing and went to Shijingshan amusement park a lot as a kid. The footage of the soar in the sky here looks really old, and I remember it got a lot better when I ride it, which is around 2005 - 2010. It actually looked pretty real, and I wouldn’t say it’s a completely bad attraction. I’ve also been to Disneyland so many times and never realize they looks similar, but now it’s mentioned in the video, I kind of see the similarity here. The park has changed so much over years, and it finally closed a few years ago. It’s definitely a fun surprise to see it again here.
Who else thinks this was made by the Chinese goverment in order to cover up the embrasment that this ride exists?
I’d love to see the tilt coaster name a comeback with vekoma making a huge come back putting them back in the amusement industry

Clicks on link and thinks “I hope he compares knock off coasters to some generic food knockoffs”….opening shot and my expectations are already met! 😂
I had a great time with you at kings Island! You are a very well rounded guy and your videos are great! Keep up the good work!
It was awesome meeting you both too!
your videos always put a smile on my face and keep me entertained, thank you
5:11 The same thing happens when Junior is from New Jersey. We have an SBF spinner called Twisted Timbers!
I kid you not there’s a Vekoma coaster in I think either Denmark or the Netherlands called Magic Mountain.
@@dibble1331 Yep. It‘s now known as Shaman and is located in Gardaland Italy.
I was gonna make a "we have that at home" joke thinking I was so original, and BAM, you already did it.
Indonesia also has a knockoff of Small World, at Dunia Fantasi, it's known as Istana Boneka, it starts off somewhat unique, showcasing the Indonesian islands then it transitions into a more obvious knockoff, kinda want to go to Indonesia to ride it, same with their Volcano knockoff
It's got a neat blacklight section though
Most of Europapark should be on the top of this list lol. It really started out with mostly fake Disney stuff.
Yeah. Everything he said about that pirate-themed boat ride at Drayton Manor also applies to "Piraten in Batavia" at Europa-Park.
I'm loving sassy TPC. Lots of laughs in this video!

I would love to see something about dive coasters next

Great work, love it, 💞 keep it up!!!
Thanks for the giggles. I needed that
That other Millennium Force logo looks very similar to the original one
I’ve been a fan of yours since 2017 love your vids keep it up
Thank you so much for watching! 🙂
BTW really loved the Kennywood coaster ranking vid
I've ridden Volcano- The Blast Coaster at Kings Dominion more times than I can count and let me just say I'm offended FOR Kings Dominion about that knockoff...it gave me the chills in such a bad way!
This video was awesome! Especially the ending
I've actually been to Jawa Timur Park and seen this knock off up close though i never knew it was a complete knock off of another coaster at first.
Pirates cove at Drayton Manor was my first experience oh a hill drop the footlong chainlift was one of the scariest moments on a ride for a long time
The best video you've done in a long time
Might be the funniest ending to any of your videos! I literally laughed out loud!
I’ve been watching you for 3 months I love your videos
As a rule. a design can only be changed 10 percent to not be considered infringement, but these knockoffs are clearly built by companies who LACK creativity
Awesome video!
The volcano coaster is now called 'himalayas coaster'
Great video, so much comedy here it amazing. 😄
Hooray, a new upload! I love video's about knock-off rides ^^
Lol
you know its a good day when theme park crazy uploads
"Space Mountain is another ride that needs no introduction..."
See, I thought that too, but let me tell you a story. Years ago when I was in college, I went with my girlfriend down to Disney World for spring break one year. I knew she wasn't a huge coaster fan, but knew that Disney coasters are super mild, and figured she could handle them. As we were standing in line for Space Mountain, like 10 feet from the front of the hour long queue, she goes "I hope too much of this isn't in the dark." So I laughed at what I assumed was a hilarious joke. It wasn't. She really had never heard of the ride before and had no idea it was all in the dark.
Also people who never been to any of the Disney parks might not know about it as well
At the end of the video, during the merchandise announcement, I realised that I use the same channel banner as the banner on top of all of your merchandise. It's not a knock off, as I did not focus on the announcment at the end of other videos. This was a great video!
I disagree about the brocken rail model being called àa knock-off . Most of the designs are actually unique, so is the layout. Just because a ride has the same element doesn’t mean it is a knock-off .
I agree with you
I think I've seen broken rail coaster! I lived in Hefei, China for about a year a few years back and this park was in an empty but new part of town (I want to say Bao He or Binhu). Hefei is a rapidly expanding and industrializing city, and I think this was where a movie theater, restaurants (including one of very few places to get a good burger), and lake walk area were located. Maybe it was just me and the times I went there (maybe 3-4 times), but this area was always empty, and I don't think I ever saw the coaster operating. I don't have much more info than that, but figured I would pass it along. Love the videos :)
Knockoff Rides are always funny lol.
There is another Earthquake ride - the original one in Universal Studios in Hollywood. But the Hollywood park has a completely different concept, with one main attraction. It is just a tram ride that takes you to various movie sets, including the clock tower from Back to the Future and a Cylon laser battle. It also takes you trough sequences that are separate rides at the Orlando park. There is a rickety rope bridge the tram must cross, before it goes through the Six Million Dollar Man tunnel, then passes a body of water inhabited by a certain Great White shark. One of the final sets the tram goes through is a BART subway station from a movie I don't remember. As the announcer is describing the set, the ground starts to shake a little, maybe a 4.0. I'm from California and such tiny tremblers are not uncommon. The announcer reassures us as such. Then the big one hits and a full sized subway train barrels into the station, derails and tumbles directly to the tram. Meanwhile a wall of water also crashes towards the tram . Just before it all hits the tram, the train stops, the water drains, and the operator drives us away.
Because Los Angeles is right on a major fault zone, the earthquake ride is a lot more realistic and scary than elsewhere.
Not only is Drayton Manor infamous for their knock off rides, but there’s their Thomas & Friends exhibit, which by this point is basically a burial site for the original models and props form the show where they slowly rot away. They’re are lots of videos covering it online.
Thomas fandom members practically cringe when they hear or even *think* of Drayton Manor.
Sad to hear you never rode Volcano the Blast Coaster. That was my favorite sunset ride. The view was wonderful as the sun went down.
Mr Krabs “WHAT DID THEY DID TO MY BOY!”
I loved the ending 😂
There's also a Small World "knockoff" at Dufan, Indonesia, though props for showcasing Indonesia's diverse culture, and having a sick blacklight section
The it’s a small world knockoff feels like that group project where everyone wanted to add their personal touch so it ended up being a mess of way too many things
I can relate to that one.
Soar'in the Sky is a gem of a ride name
I agree I vividly remember my 1st few roller coasters the ones most in my memory was the lady bug at City Park in New Orleans and the Indian chief ride at American Adventure’s (rip).
What a great video. Now I know what to avoid.
Don’t anyone say Leviathan is a knockoff of Fury325 😂
Ngl, I once saw someone who said Kingda Ka is a rip-off off Top Thrill Dragster..LIKE BRUH THEY’RE MADE BY THE SAME MANUFACTURER.
@@dibble1331 😂😂😂 Lmao. Well Top Thrill Dragster is better but they are both great rides!
@@dibble1331 lmao Levi-Fury is actually worse because LEVI CAME FIRST
Omg Volcano The Blast Coaster…my first upside down coaster as a kid. Lol
Before they added 3D, Linnanmäki in Helsinki had a Space Mountain knock off and used to have a dry version of Its A Small World. The Space Mountain had a cool waiting line area, with an ozone type smell sprayed in for hype.
Beijing Amusement Park had another "knockoff" I rode in the early 2000s. At the time it looked to me like an Arrow loop/corkscrew. I thought it was a Vekoma when I rode, but RCDB states a different manufacturer (Senyo Kogyo). I was shocked at how smooth this rusty & worn-out looking coaster was & rode several times, along with their fun, old Crazy Mouse. Man, this park has quite the coaster history list!
5:13 Is that Captain Carlos from the Disney Junior series of the same name? You know, the shorts that were supposed to teach kids about healthy eating, but also taught them to avoid junk food entirely which cause parents to criticize the show.
I actually used to work at kings dominion volcano, roller coaster was a fun roller coaster to ride specially at the beginning !
The fact that "It's a Small World" even got mocked in a Disney movie (such as the Lion King, when Zazu begins to sing it and Scar's like "NO anything but that!"), as well as other media, and someone decided to rip it off amuses me. xD
I know it's an iconic and parodied ride, I just find that hilarious.
I wonder how the song would translate from Chinese.
Dude I’m a BIG fan
Im just about to watch this video. I wonder where most of these will be located?!?!
The volcano one is a knock off in name only. The real volcano blast coaster in KD VA was a prototype and was never reproduced, hence why it shut down, parts were hard to come by
Sounding Coaster looks more enjoyable then the real tower coaster model
There’s no way it’s not rough. I mean look at it
@7:25 Is it just me or did that coaster look a little wobbly going through that loop?
oh yeah, definitely
Well yeah? That’s not weird. Happens with almost every coaster in the world.
I really wish we had more tilt coasters but in America
So nobody is gonna talk about Alton Towers’ Oblivion, also a dive coaster?
Imagine going on a trip with an itinerary covering the only knock off rides??? That’s be a fun and funny trip 😆
They forgot the brakes on the knockoff-tower coaster, wtf!? xD
Vulcano looks awesome, what a cheap mountain. Best part are the penguins...
Nice special, thanks for that!
Carnival Festival in De Efteling also has a similar concept to Its A Small World. But it does have its own unique style.
It's officially tradition to start a video with a food reference
cant wait for the reupload
Volcano was the best. I miss it so much. That take off was amazing.
they changed volcano coaster at jawa timur park to himalaya coaster, and updated the theming! W move by them
14:44: HERE’S SPONGEBOB FREAKIN’ SQUAREPANTS.
Hey I would love it if you made a video on what roller coasters gives a park the most value for money
The way he talks about the original roller coasters that aren’t operating anymore and then says “but, if you miss it, you’re in luck because-“ is so funny every time
I rode on Pirate Adventure at Drayton Manor and never been to the Disney version. It was fun and i never knew any differences... until now
He always finds a way to roast cars 2 and I am all for it
Germans "Phantasialand" used to have a rollercoaster I would consider a Space Mountain knock-off as well called "Temple Of The Night Hawk". I never realized it until seeing the space mountain footage in this video.
A couple years back it has been fitted with a VR experience and is now called "Crazy bats - Temple Of The Night Hawk" but the coaster effectively is the same.
I went to Phantasialand back at the end of 2020 and because of COVID the VR feature wasn't allowed to be used it was literally just black idk why but I found it hilarious
@@NotEmilio Oh yeah. I remember when I was young it was just like that. The lift hill had this strobe light effect but that was it. the rest was pitch black.
Makes me realize how freaking old that thing actually is. I rode it already at least 15-20 years ago if I am not mistaken.
7:48 there is one of those at Thorpe Park ( England )
But it’s longer
I love how he ends the video, lol!
Hey @ThemeParkCrazy, I think I might have a good video idea “3 best lego theme parks” That would be an awesome video!
The perfect video for Golden Horse lol
Omg a space mountain one
He keeps bringing up cars 2. I don’t blame him
He really hate Cars 2 lol
There is sooo many Space Mountain knockoffs. Like Eurosat in Europa Park, the Original Space Center in Phantasialand or The Black Hole in Alton Towers.
Especially the Indoor Vekoma Coasters + Space Theming allways somehow knock the ride off.
Looking at the video, I need to say 'Los Piratos' in Bellewaerde, Belgium had a very similar style towards what's seen in Drayton and Disneyland parks. Like also starting with a drop, pirates looting a village, I think theres even a dog with keys 😅
“what the f--fore we wrap this up” is the best transition
