I just watched this movie today. SO good! What a performance by Andy Griffith and the supporting cast. Amazing that he would do the TV show, Broadway play, and movie. Unheard of now!
I remember seeing Andy in a movie called 'Onion Head', where he played the part of a cook in the coast guard who shaves his head bald. I think the late Chet Akins was in it also. Funny movie and I wish I could get a copy of it some place.
