    It’s called the Monument Movement Plan. Look it up, start with the Insurance Companies.

    WEEELLLL< The high speed rail failed so now its something else. My house burned up in Paradise, Im in OKLAHOMA. CAL IS DEAD.

    Dry, cigarettes, encampments, wind etc
    1. More Fire Lookouts 2. Make artificial lakes (small) as reserves for water, underground reserves too
    3. Create network of trails for people/supplies to combat localized fire areas
    The faster fires can be put out---- the smaller the issue exponentially
