the deere sweeper broom works great to get all that rock out of the grass back onto the mound and a back pack blower from a distance or going over the top of the vegetative debris that got picked up by the broom too will come right off really nice, for future use if you didn't already know that. just do it like blowing leaves out of mulch beds blow over and let the air vortex pick up and carry away the light fluffy loose vegetation

LOL oh yeah! This was a very big job i did that took 4-5 days so i hauled several peices of equip earlier in the week to make the job easy

Would love one day if you get time if you would explain what you're using and why in some of those steps with the dark stuff under the orange and what you where doing on your knees with the squares and that spike and stuff. I just thought it was a pile of red clay and that's it but apparently not lol.

He used clay blocks to make the pitching table. They are soft and pliable.

I kept up ball fields almost 25 years till I retired 2 1/2 years ago and I must say Mr.Pete that mound looks pretty good. In away I wish I still had my hands in it .
