Submitted a strike out application waiting for the ET's reply. You can see the dirty tricks they are playing, making things up, deliberatly failing to follow the rules. Their behaviour has been brought to the attention of the ET through the strike out application. Im going all the way unless they wise up and agree a 6 figure settlement sum after tax. It is shocking what the Police in the UK and their solicitors will try to do to win at any cost. All will be revealed in due course.
