Can a claimant ask the respondent for a paper copy of the agreed bundle where the hearing is remote? The bundle is 1800 pages, longer than War and Peace (less than 200 of which were input by the claimant) and I don't want to risk extra cost implications for the claimant should the decision go in the respondents favour?
