@@valla_law another question, are there damages on delayed wages? Because earnings were delayed or not paid you had to do something which means that now portions of your money are no longer accessible as a cause of unpaid earnings?
@@valla_law no, I was purchasing a commercial property. Then when what I was expected to be paid suddenly became half, I had to suddenly learn to deal with SIPPs and commercial properties and a never ending set of headaches from January till now. Which means that I had to put money into a SIPP to buy thr property and that now incurs a series of limitations and extra costs. And it also means technically the property is not owned by myself. And if I would sell the property, the money would be locked into my pension now. This is the direct effect from them not paying the commissions appropriately.
Hello very helpful, I have a final hearing in a few days, representing myself, does the media turn up? Is the panel random people who turn up, do they have a say in outcome, I need support and advice, it’s a big case, thank you
I love your videos . So informative and easy to understand
Hi Danae, hope you well. Just submitted schedule of Lost to Respondent and Tribunal.
What if you raise grievances with your manager - informal - but he ignores you all the time?
Wouldn't that also be constructive dismissal?

Generally, no! Hearings are typically only attended by those involved in the claim.
