You are right. There is no way that Aang is getting Raava ripped out of him like korra did. Neither would he have been stupid enough to help unalaq in opening spirit portals thus avoiding all this. Being better is not only about combat skills and avatar state....
The aang glaze is crazy. Just cause korra makes mistakes doesn’t make aang perfect

Amon is the 2nd strongest person in the verse save for the Avatar, is crazy. Him not getting a proper final fight and being k*ll3d by a explosion is so anticlimactic 😭

Dark Avatar Amon
Amon is the single most powerful villain.
He not only took bending away, he tactically used bloodbending to force opponents to miss during a fight. He was athletic but it was a push/pull at the same time that made him nearly untouchable.
Unalaq would have been powerless against Amon, and then permanently. Imagine if Raava bonded with him instead?
Lazy writing to finish a 12 episode arc is what got Amon killed.
Unalaq's manipulation, Zaheer's planning/ruthlessness, and Kuvira's Utopian ideals were all derivative of Amon who was a complete villain worthy of his own backstory.
Amon's father beat Aang. Only the Avatar state allowed him to overcome bloodbending. Amon left as a teenager able to easily manipulate others in the crude fashion of his father. And over the next decade or so, refined the techniques even further than his father could. Even his brother's weaker bloodbending overcame a fledgling Avatar Korra but could not stop or even slow Amon.
Zaheer's true power lied in his planning, creativity and ruthlessness. He killed using whatever means, necessary including his allies. Korra's continued brash, foolhardy rushing in to punch things is what caused her to lose most fights. She never had mentors like, Bumi, Toph, or Giatsu, and it shows. Amon does not make those mistakes.
Kuvira? She did not wait and listen. She lacked the teaching of Jin as well. She did use metal as a form of enemy manipulation by blinding and moving opponents with her armor bands. Anyone without metal bending was powerless to stop her IF she can attach them. Amon needed no such external aids.
Ozai would have been infiltrated and bending removed within a month of Amon's plan to do so.

Currently the only two people to give her issue is Azula and Sozin's Comet Ozai.

But Seismic sense doesn't translate well with aangs fighting style at all and it's definitely not an automatic win as it's made out to be having that sense doesn't make kauvira's projectiles any less deadly infact aang would actually be better off evading with air bending
I think a more interesting match up will be putting aang in the exact same battle scenario Korra was against her villians

How does the screenshot at 7:27 imply that Korra’s Avatar State is stronger lol. It’s just a description of the Avatar cycle.
Did you not read the note? The Avatar State Draws power from Raava. With Raava being much bigger and more powerful than she was in aang would mean that she is stronger than aang in her avatar state.
Brooo Aang woth no avatar state will fry korra on her best with the avatar state, aang beats all of them easily maybe unalaq high diff

@@ShadowAtores dude Korra's avatar state is a little power up she lost 3 bendings in one season, 10000years of experience and past lives to Unalaq who without the dark avatar state would be easily beaten by Katara
@@ShadowAtores I am not sure I agree. A lot of the break down does make sense and I am totally down for but with the seismic sense he picked up from Toph I think he would be able to counter a large variety of attacks as he should be able to accurately predict his opponents moves. If they are grounded.

@@TopGMemeGuydude did you actually see Unalaq fight, even without Vatu, he was a beast, basically in bending skills hes the water tribe version of fire lord Ozai, Katara may know more ways to use water, but Unalaq is definitely better at fighting with water bending, even if she should somehow win that battle, it would take all she has to do so, it’s basically like saying Azula can beat Ozai easily, and she has been confirmed to be afraid of the thought, of having to fight her father.
