Welcome to a very cozy weekend morning routine : )
Weekends (or our days off from work), are meant to be a time in which we can truly rest and enjoy ourselves. With this in mind, I'd argue that weekend morning routines are more important than workday morning routines. We deserve to enjoy our lives-- why not make the most of the time we have for ourselves?

As I get older, I realize just how important self care is if you don't want your health to deteriorate and end up having to depend on others for care (especially if you don't have a large family). So important to keep yourself in good shape ❤

Fairy tale is pretty comforting. Like, a 7/10 - mainly because it has a great dog main character and the bond with that dog is central to the whole book!

Oh my goodness! I missed it! We've been fighting Covid. Please celebrate London's birthday the same way! You know I adore your art!! Such a beautiful video! Roo! 😍 Scones! Talk about hygge! Landon is so joy filled. He looks thin but happy to be home. I need to read the book about Anna. I have My Hygge Home too and just started it! I have read all his books. BTW, I said my hygge comment with your scones and hot drink and candles before you mentioned it so you get an A+ in coziness! Love the tv in FPS that lemons into lemonade for sure! 2600 + miles is still so amazing to me!! I cried when he finished. I was so moved during the last days of it, happy for you both! Karen and I grew up doing art projects, my favorite was doing a mosaic with those tiny tiles. I am not artsy but find it all very therapeutic. Your art is something I very much adore!! I hope someday to be able to buy some and hope you might do note cards because sharing it would be fun. I have it in different rooms of house and it truly brightens my day when I see it! So glad you are having a wonderful fall and life is normal again! Congratulations Landon!!!

What you said at the beginning of the video is so important and it is something I can really relate to, in particular this weekend too. It’s so important to have that time to yourself, to recharge and to have fun. Sometimes it’s not possible but I hope we can all dedicate at least part of our weekend to having a good time, however that may be. I hope that as we get older we also learn how to be better at this. ☺️
