    As you already told here, pricing for this project is big set back.
    I am planning 2bhk in Irish Pearl. Seen your detailed video yesterday and you are doing fantastic job in guiding the home buyers with unbiased information.
    What’s your take on Irish Pearl, shall we wait till possession?
    Can we see hike in prices again?
    Pls share your valuable thoughts.

      It's difficult to state that the price will move any further in near future, however, the advantage of this project is the nearing possession date. If you're looking to move in soon, securing a unit you like now could be a good decision.

    Your content is great and well prepared. I believe I have not see this kind of project with good layout, green space area and price range. If builder can deliver the project in next month it may be the best ready to move in option in sector1.

      "Possession soon" for the past 1.5 years. I think they placed banners of possession soon in February 2023. If you search on CZcams, you will see some videos on that.

    Ek video ispe bhi banayain ki aapka personally kya view point hai ki yeah prices kab tak bhsdte rahenge. Agar bhadenge toh kahan tak jaa sakte hain... Kya gurgaon k prices ko cross kar denge... Ya fir ab prices stabalize hone wale hain... Kyunki double toh ab lagta nahin ki honge jis rate pe aa chuje hain....

Ab prices stablize kar jayenge is saal k ant tak because kahin na kahin builder prices aur resale prices main zameen aasaman ka farak hota jaa raha hai... Eg- Ace Divino jismain hum reh rahe hain... Builder k prices se kaafi Kam price pe resale unit mil gayi thi hume.
