    About the project first:
    1. In 8 acres, you have about 15 towers. So your green space is almost gone
    2. 3 BHKs positioning is worst. In your front, you have 4BHK towers and at your back, you have ACE Divino and they are very closely placed. Your view is gone and no sunlight and ventilation as such for you guys.
    3. Quality as well I didn't find up to the mark.
    4. Considering the location, green area, quality, and positioning of towers, pricing should not be more than 7.5k.
    Now about the builder:
    1. We all know the financial condition of ATS. Check with recently delivered ATS pristine folks. Check with ATS Rhapsody as well. They had to wait for more than a couple of years to get their incomplete flat delivered.
    2. The staff of ATS is terrible. People like "Vivek Raizada" consider themselves like the king of the universe and will treat you like you have committed some crime

    Nirala Estate has very good location with one of the best club houses. It has very good central park. Before time delievery with registry and quality construction. Nearby upcoming Metro Hospital. Sorrounded by branded schools. Near by DMart and Bhutani Grandthum. Upcoming nearby Rapid Metro to Jewar Airport.

    Ats Kabana high mein office space kesa investment hoga. Construction kab start hoga. Aur kya plan hai builder ka is project ko leke. Aage future kesa hoga project ka. Kyuki us location ka last project haicommercial mein is liye poochhe.

      We recommend waiting for ATS Kabana High. Give it another 6 months as mentioned in our video. During this time, ATS may bounce back stronger or face some challenges. Their current financial situation is uncertain, so it's wise to wait and see. Alternatively, if you're interested in office spaces in the same area, you could consider Omega by Trehan IRIS. It's a promising option similar to what ATS is offering.

      ATS Pious Orchards is indeed a reliable choice if you're in search of your own home. The project falls under the company's HomeKraft division by ATS. Considering the current positive market conditions, you can expect good appreciation. Additionally, the pending resolution of the Sports City issue is likely to further increase demand for properties in Sector-150, given its low FAR and low-density area.

    There are 15 towers in ATS Destainaire.
    I wanted to ask, is there any registry issue in Sector 1 Noida Extension?

      Sector 150 holds a more promising future compared to Sector 1 of Greater Noida West. You might want to explore ATS HomeKraft projects in that area. It's anticipated that the issues in Sector 150 will be addressed following the elections.

      if you wanna invest go for expressway because future is there.. in next 5-7 years expressway will overcome delhi gurgaon.. because whatever development is done in extension is done.

      Extension is in the middle brother, if u wanto go to Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, ghaziabad wherever. 150 is only hype because of open area and airport. But for end use noida extension is best ...20 Plus school, 3 good ​hospital coming, @@sumitpandit1056

    ATS has become corrupt to the core, starting from its MD Gitambar Anand, to its bottom-level employees. ATS is just after collecting money from it's project and then letting go it's project into NCLT. As of now it has most of it's project into NCLT.
    Quality has become super cheap, finishing is 3rd class as it is employing cheapest labour in the market. People should avoid ATS project at all cost.
