@Old Account Clearly they are. Injected with insecticide, in South Asia, being stomped on while they convulse.{To destroy them as the owners won't pay for Euthasol}.
All there to see on videos.{Australian TV undercover programme} Exported and abused in blood transfusion ''Banks'. If this isn't 'Torture', I don't know what is.

@@helenmelon6780 my brother works as a vet in LA, in the last 25 years he has had ony 1 greyhound through his doors. Since racing was banned in California greyhounds have become a rare sight in the state. The reasons greyhounds make great pets is because of the racing industry not in spite of it. I know of a dog that had a very expensive repair done to a broken leg all paid for by the trainer and adopted out! Dogs are graded so all dogs get a chance to race or are adopted as pets. I know this because I see it first hand here in England!

These people who mistreat these amazing animals are not dog men there scum but dont tar all greyhound people with the same brush and vent your anger at the people who profit not those who spend hours and looking after and making sure these dogs have wonderful lives

It’s not just China, or the dog meat trade, or the racing industry. It’s people, humans, that are the problem. We will always be the problem and it’ll never change. We can try to help those hurting but it’ll always just be a drop in the ocean. It’d make you depressed if you thought about it properly or knew all the awful things humans do to both animals and other humans.

The purebred dogs are for sure at stake not only because of less genetic diversity and poor breeding management but now in these days through the so called Pandemic. This False Flag event will not only have a destructive consequence for our species but just mention one other aspect and that are beloved dogs. If you kill racing then you are killing the breed, its cause and effect! I have seen mistreatment but only after being homed the same as most dogs that end up being abused. Trainers work with the greyhound trust and many are adopted while they are still racing. Racing does all the hard work and produces great pedigree pets for us to own. Cocaine? your statement is laughable as you obviously have no idea how rigorous and strict drug testing is. The trainer I know only feeds his dogs organic beef because regular meat has traces of growth hormone in it that drug testing will show up! You honestly have no understanding of greyhound racing. When and which racing kennels have you been too, if any?

What does it say of our whole societies if this is how we treat our most loyal companions - dogs and horses, not to mention factory farmed animals in general. Might I add that across Europe the horse and hound were considered for all our history as the two most sacred animals. That these individuals, who abuse these animals are not punished and publicly outcast for their heinous and disgusting crimes really says it all. This is not a functioning society OR system of law.
